Tennessee administrative law judge Phillip Hilliard has ruled in support of the State’s decision to revoke the license of the Baptiste Group, which was operating a shelter housing illegal alien minors in Chattanooga.
Hilliard stated that the Baptiste Group failed to demonstrate that they have eliminated the potential for future safety issues for minors who might be kept there and cited the recent allegations of sexual battery that occurred there.

The judge made his decision this week following the initial hearing on July 7th that was closed to the public and media.
The Tennessee Department of Children’s Services suspended Baptiste Group’s license due to reports of sexual battery against a 17-year-old male by a staff member and reports of a runaway 16-year-old male from the shelter.
According to Jennifer Donnals, Chief of Staff of the Tennessee Department of Children’s Services, the Baptiste Group requested a hearing on the order of suspension which resulted in the hearing.
DCS Commissioner Jennifer Nichols stated that “The facility has proven an inability to hire individuals who are suitable and capable of caring for children within the facility’s care resulting in significant criminal charges against at least one staff member and potential for youth to be subject to further abuse or lack of adequate supervision.”

So where are they sending all the illegal teens now? Someplace else in TN? How about sending them back to their own country!!
That would be nice. Our governor has been strangely silent on this issue gravely affecting our state. Why?
I agree with the above statement send them back where they came from. We have our own to worry about let their country worry about them
Yes send them back to their own country until we can take care of our homeless and our veterans they need to go back to their own country and we need to force this President out-of-office one way or another
