The Tennessee Conservative Staff –
Police in Davidson and Knox Counties rounded up more illegal aliens with criminal charges toward the end of last week.
In Davidson County, 32-year-old Rogelio Arpero-Muril was arrested on July 1. He was charged with theft of merchandise $1000 or less. He was booked into the Downtown Detention Center with a bond of $5000.
Knox County officials arrested 43-year-old Miguel Juan Andres-Pedro. Andres-Pedro is charged with statutory rape, rape, and two counts of sexual battery by an authority figure.
Both of these individuals currently have ICE detainers. They will be held in custody until they are released to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
The current Knox County inmate roster also shows that 25-year-old Lesoli Daviana Ronquillo-Castellanos is being held on an immigrant detainer. There are no criminal charges listed for her.
An immigration detainer hold most likely means these individuals are in this country illegally.
