An illegal alien who was arrested in Davidson County last October has also been indicted for his involvement in three murders that were committed in September 2024.

Efrain Vincente-Luna, now 31, was already being held on a $75,000 bond for both felony and misdemeanor charges involving the promotion of prostitution and unlawful possession of a weapon.

Arrested on October 17th, 2024, Luna appeared before Judge Robin Kimbrough-Hayes on October 30th when a $70,000 bond was set for the felony charge, with an additional $5,000 for the misdemeanor.

Davidson County Sheriff’s Office inmate records at the time showed that Luna was on an immigrant detainer hold. While he remained in Metro’s jail, waiting to be turned over to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, a confirmed investigation by Homicide Unit Detective  Kyle Eicholz into a September 2024 triple homicide in Antioch led to further charges against Luna.

Luna is now charged with three counts of premeditated murder, three counts of felony murder, and three counts of especially aggravated burglary related to the deaths of Jesus Gallardo-Ramirez, Antonio Munoz-Rizo, and Jesus Manuel Munoz-Morales who were all believed to have traveled to Tennessee from the Atlanta area.

On the night of the murders, a woman and two of the victims arrived at what Nashville police described as a “sparsely furnished house of prostitution” located at 223 Bart Drive. The individuals showed up at the house in a white Honda sedan which had a temporary tag from Georgia. The third victim was already present at the residence.

After the Honda arrived, a total of four suspects approached the house. The first victim was fatally shot on the front porch. The suspects then entered the residence where two more men were killed.

Video footage shows Luna’s vehicle arriving at the scene. Evidence related to the homicides was also later recovered in his home.

With only one suspect identified so far, the investigation remains active and ongoing.
