Tennessee Illegal Aliens Arrested For Arson, Aggravated Burglary, Vehicular Assault & More…

An illegal alien has been charged with aggravated arson after allegedly setting fire to a Knoxville home that was occupied by 11 people.

44-year-old Diego Julio Pedro was arrested Thursday by Knoxville Fire Investigators, with help from the Knoxville Police Department, at a home in Lonsdale.

Knoxville firefighters responded to a call about a fire in the Western Heights area early on January 29. The home had suffered significant damage.

Investigators determined that the fire had been set intentionally, and surveillance video showed Pedro placing a container of flammable liquid onto the porch of the home and setting it on fire. He allegedly had been in an argument with one of the occupants of the home about a “perceived money debt.”

He was booked on a $1,000,000 bond.

Knox County police also recently arrested the following illegal aliens:

22-year-old Wendy Paz Murillo – arrested January 28

  • Murillo was charged with two counts of aggravated burglary (habitation). She was booked on a $40,000 bond.

38-year-old Carlos Gregorio Perez Braceno – arrested January 31

  • Braceno was charged with aggravated domestic assault. He was booked with no bond.

39-year-old Sergio Garcia-Perez – arrested February 2

  • Garcia-Perez was charged with DUI (first offense), driving on roadways laned for traffic, and driving without a license. He was booked on an $8000 bond.

25-year-old Emanuel De Jesus Cadenas Ordonez – arrested February 6

  • Ordonez was charged with DUI (first offense). He was booked on a $3000 bond.

31-year-old Yeymi-Carina Alberto-Osorio – arrested February 6

  • Alberto-Osorio was charged with false reports to officers. She was booked on a $3000 bond.

35-year-old Carlos Eduardo Dugarte Nava – arrested February 7

  • Nava was charged with DUI (first offense). He was booked on a $3000 bond.

Davidson County police also arrested the following illegal aliens:

23-year-old Danibel Abelino Gabriel – arrested February 8

  • Gabriel was charged with vehicular assault, implied consent violation, leaving the scene of an accident involving personal injury, and drivers license required. He was booked on a $12,000 bond.

32-year-old Santos Reyes Reyes Canahui Garcia – arrested February 9

  • Garcia was charged with interference with an emergency call, false imprisonment, and domestic assault. He was booked on a $3500 bond.

21-year-old Isaias Emerson Caal Ax – arrested February 9

  • Ax was charged with aggravated assault (strangulation). He was booked on a $10,000 bond.

36-year-old Santiago Mireles Gacia – arrested February 9

  • Gacia was charged with driving under the influence and driving on a suspended license. He was booked on a $5000 bond. 

32-year-old Gabino Hernandez Sanchez – arrested February 9

  • Sanchez was charged with driving under the influence and driver’s license required. He was booked on a $2500 bond.

Inmate records show that all of these individuals currently have immigrant detainers and will remain in custody until released to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

An ICE hold most likely means they are in this country illegally.
