Tennessee Conservative News Staff –

A large number of generators donated to aid Nashville residents who were without power following the recent ice storm were allegedly handed over to anti-ICE activist groups who then gave them out to illegal aliens in the area.

As Nashville-area residents struggled without power in the wake of the winter storm, others stepped up to provide generators. Elon Musk is said to have donated at least 500 generators, while Tractor Supply donated about 200 more.

According to reporting by the TriStar Daily, the majority of those generators went to illegal aliens.

Most of the generators donated by Tractor Supply were given out through Plaza Mariachi, which is the location of the Hispanic Family Foundation. The generators were said to have been given to the Foundation by Nashville’s Office of Emergency Management. It is also alleged by Reclaim Nashville that some of the donated generators were being sold by recipients on Facebook Marketplace.

Others were distributed through The ReMIX Way, a Latino advocacy group who is also said to have been instrumental in Nashville Mayor Freddie O’Connell’s delay in allowing the National Guard to provide assistance during the ice storm. The group was opposed to deployment of the National Guard for fear that people might think they were coming in as an ICE crackdown.

The aforementioned groups have organized a number of anti-ICE events, including protest rallies and “training sessions” aimed at interfering with ICE operations.

WELL………. Let’s see…if a Latino advocacy group is telling Latino groups to be afraid there would be ICE hunting of illegal aliens and raids, then they are aiding and abetting people illegally in the country by lying to them. There is a federal criminal charge that covers simple family assistance (like helping a spouse or minor child) may have some limited exceptions in certain contexts, but the law is broadly applied when there’s knowledge of illegal status and intent to facilitate remaining illegally. This is U.S. federal law; state laws may have related offenses (e.g., human smuggling statutes), but the core crime for “aiding and abetting” in this context is federal. If this relates to a specific situation, consult a qualified attorney, as details matter greatly in these cases. All this to say “The ReMIX Way” are walking a fine line with their intimidation by the unsaid threat of calling officials racists by using the Guard as Latino intimidation in conjunction with ICE.
