The Tennessee Conservative Staff –
Both bodies of the State Legislature will consider legislation next week that would recognize only two sexes in the state of Tennessee.
Senator Paul Rose (R-Lauderdale/Shelby/Tipton Counties-District 32) is the sponsor of Senate Bill 0936 (SB0936), while State Representative Mark Cochran sponsored companion House Bill 1271 (HB1271).
SB0936/HB1271 is less than a half page long and declares, “It is the policy of this state that there are only two (2) sexes, a biological male and a biological female.”
The bill follows in line with President Donald Trump’s Executive Order which states, “It is the policy of the United States to recognize two sexes, male and female.”
SB0936 will be heard by the Senate Judiciary Committee on March 18, and HB1271 will be heard by the House Civil Justice Subcommittee on March 19.
If you would like to reach out to any of the members of the Senate Judiciary Committee prior to their meeting on 3/18 or members of the House Civil Justice Subcommittee prior to their meeting on 3/19, please use the contact information below:

Thanx, emailed them “Hoping y’all don’t kill this.”, posted “Tennesseans! Y’all help!

Something similar just happened here in West Virginia. Governor Patrick Morrissey has signed SB 456, the Senate’s so-called “bathroom bill,” which ostensibly bans trans women from using women’s restrooms, and bans trans men from using men’s restrooms. But it’s important to remember that there are no enforcement provisions. There are no penalties for failing to comply. Even Senator Mike Oliverio, when interviewed about this, admitted that the bill is little more than a “declaration” of the GOP’s unhappiness with trans people. I suggest that this bill simply be ignored. Use the restroom you feel most comfortable using. And you should feel safe doing so. Trans West Virginians are just as entitled to public accommodation as anyone else.
First, there is no such thing as a trans person. It is a very confused person with a mental problem created by a Godless society. The morality in this country is nonexistent because of the rampant perversion being allowed. The reason for all the confusion is satan. He is the author of confusion from the very beginning and has filled the void because God has been kicked out of everything. There are only two sexes nothing in between. What a person “FEELS” has nothing to do with it. Its biological period. If my wife or daughter is in the bathroom and a male enters that bathroom there will be issues guaranteed. This quote shows the confusion in a persons mind. “I suggest that this bill simply be ignored. Use the restroom you “FEEL” most comfortable using. And you should “FEEL” safe doing so.” There was a song from years ago called “Nothing more than Feelings” and that is just what it is. This is Tennessee not West Virginia. Obviously most in West Virginia “FEEL” the same as Tennessee. That they passed a bill too.
Gen. 1:27 NIV
27 So God created mankind in his own image, in the image of God he created them; male and female he created them.
Matt. 19:4 NIV
4 “Haven’t you read,” he replied, “that at the beginning the Creator ‘made them male and female,’
In God we trust not government or man.
Have a blessed day.
