Chattanooga State Hosts Resource Fair Focused On Veterans

In the first event of its kind, Chattanooga State Community College Veteran Resource Fair will offer information displays focusing on veterans who are Chattanooga State students. No veteran will be turned away.

The event is on Tuesday, November 9, 2021, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. (EST) at Chattanooga State Community College located on 4501 Amnicola Highway, Chattanooga, Tennessee, 37406.

Mobile American Job Center will be attending the event, and will have one coach staff inside as well to give an overview of all the services that the American Job Center offers.  

The Tennessee Department of Labor and Workforce Development’s Mobile American Job Centers offer services similar to what you might find in a brick and mortar American Job Center. 

These vehicles will arrive on the scene to provide a mobile computer lab with Internet access; create a venue for workshops including résumé assistance and interviewing skills, and serve as a recruitment center for companies moving into our state.
