Tennessee Conservative News [By Olivia Lupia] –
A joint effort by Kentucky and Tennessee law enforcement resulted in the apprehension of an illegal alien wanted for allegedly kidnapping a girl in Kentucky last month.
The suspect was identified as 25-year-old Eliseo Morales-Cuin, a Guatemalan national who illegally entered the U.S. through Texas in 2014 when he was 13 years old, according to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

Law enforcement began their search for Morales-Cuin on June 25 when the Kentucky State Police issued a BOLO alert (Be on the Look Out) for a Kentucky teenager authorities suspected had just been kidnapped.
Members of the 18th Judicial District Drug Task Force spotted Morales-Cuin’s black pickup truck near the Kentucky-Tennessee border and fired a GPS tracking dart onto the vehicle’s tailgate. Officers followed the truck to Davidson County where Morales-Cuin was arrested without incident, and the 17-year-old was recovered unharmed.
Officers later said they did not immediately stop the truck upon the initial sighting to avoid spooking the driver or endangering the teenage girl also inside the vehicle. “It was a preemptive tactic in case the suspect flees, just to avoid any danger to anybody involved,” a task force member explained.

Another task force officer said, “That was my partner that actually stopped this vehicle. I think it’s awesome. Honestly, that’s probably a career goal for any law enforcement officer. Saving a kidnap victim or a traffic victim through a traffic stop is a tremendous feat, and I applaud him.”
Morales-Cuin was charged with criminal impersonation and driving without a valid license but not kidnapping. He is now in ICE custody pending immigration proceedings.

This creep has been here undetected for almost 13 years. It’s about time they caught up with him. It’s a sorry fact he wasn’t charged with kidnapping. I hope he doesn’t make his way right back into our country, like a lot of them do.
