Illegal Aliens Arrested Across Tennessee For Sex Trafficking, Assault, Identity Theft, Burglary, Illicit Drugs & More…

Tennessee Conservative News Staff –

Three illegal aliens were arrested after an investigation into alleged commercial sex activity at a Chattanooga motel.

According to a police affidavit, staff at the Days Inn on Cummings Highway reported suspicious activity. After investigating, police arrested Yordani Mena Mauri, Lisandra Argota, and Denicey Bejenrano.

The affidavit states that Mauri transported the two women from Texas to Chattanooga. He then made arrangements for them to participate in commercial sex acts. 

Mauri was charged with trafficking for commercial sex acts, while Argota and Bejenrano were charged with prostitution.

All three individuals are Cuban nationals.

Davidson County police also recently arrested the following illegal aliens:

46-year-old Jerado De La Torr Tore – arrested January 28

  • Tore was charged with two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, domestic assault with bodily injury, three counts of aggravated assault, two counts of violation of an order of protection, and four counts of failure to appear. The failure to appear charges stem from 2025 drug charges. Tore also has prior convictions for DUI and no driver’s license. He was booked on a $201,500 total bond.

27-year-old Alexander Ronaldo Chaman Poov – arrested January 31

  • Poov was charged with failure to appear and contraband in a penal institution (intoxicant/controlled substance). He has a previous conviction of fishing without a license from 2024. He was booked on a bond of $12,500.

49-year-old Hugo Abelardo Ramirez-Canales – arrested February 1

  • Ramirez-Canales was charged with two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. He was booked on a $25,000 bond. He had a previous charge of public intoxication that was dismissed in 2014.

62-year-old Javier Antonio Reales Gales – arrested February 1

  • Gales was charged with driving under the influence. He was booked on a $3000 bond and was issued a 48 hour sentence. 

30-year-old Melvin David Fernandez Perez – arrested February 2

  • Perez was charged with driving under the influence. He was booked on a $2,000 bond.

53-year-old Raul Raul Rosales – arrested February 2

Knox County police also recently arrested the following illegal aliens:

31-year-old Wilson Anibal Martinez Giron – arrested January 28

  • Giron was charged with aggravated burglary (habitation). He was booked on a $30,000 bond.

31-year-old Marvin Rocael Ramirez – arrested January 29

  • Ramirez was charged with DUI (first offense) and evading arrest. He was booked on a $5500 bond.

20-year-old Kevin Josue Aviles – arrested January 29

  • Aviles was charged with aiding a runaway child in escaping legal custody or guardian. He was booked on a $5000 bond.

34-year-old Alberto Jonas Garcia – arrested January 31

  • Garcia was charged with driving on roadways laned for traffic, financial responsibility law, and driving without a license. He was booked on a $5000 bond.

30-year-old Eber Alberto Bakbno Gomez – arrested February 2

  • Gomez was charged with criminal impersonation, identity theft, using a false identification, failure to carry registration certificate, light law (motor vehicle), driving without a license, and financial responsibility law. He was booked on a $12,000 bond.

Inmate records show that all of the above named individuals currently have immigrant holds.

They will remain in custody until they are released to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement. An ICE hold most likely means they are in this country illegally.
