Nashville Metro Council Set To Vote On Indoor Mask Mandate

On Tuesday, October 5th, the Nashville Metro City Council is set to take the final vote on passing an ordinance for an indoor mask mandate for ALL of Nashville in public spaces.
Further, the ordinance aims to levy a $50 fine for anyone found to be in non-compliance.
The Metro Health Department has advised against this mandate.
Gary Humble, from Tennessee Stands, said “The trick, as I am sure you well know, is that they have NO LAWFUL AUTHORITY to issue this mandate. But the bigger problem is that THEY KNOW IT!”
Humble states that Governor Lee has a duty to direct the attorney general to prosecute elected officials who knowingly engage in willful misconduct (abuse of power) and petition the court to have them removed from office.

“Nashvillians, don’t sit on your hands on this one. Don’t just sit and take it. The law and our constitution is on your side,” Humble said.
The Metropolitan Council Public Health and Safety Committee Meeting is set for October 5, 2021 at 4:00 to 4:30 CDT.
Members of the public may view the meeting live online at stream.nashville.gov via the MNN, MNN2, and Committee Room streaming channels, and Metro Nashville and Davidson County residents can watch Metro Nashville Network on Comcast channel 3, AT&T Uverse channel 99, and streaming on the MNN Roku channel for meetings available on all MNN platforms.

The illegals are out in force. This is what you get when your borders are not enforced , and communists like China Joe Bai Dung commit treason by not enforcing immigration laws and Governor Lee the RINO does nothing to stop the influx of illegal aliens. He has no objection to invasion as far as I can tell . This is a culture that will not mix with whatever we have left of our own culture. These illegals know nothing about our Constitution nor our scared Christian values .This is disgraceful and absolutely disgusting !!! Just another sign that we are a country in a fast decline.
