While the country is all agog about the indictment of the blatantly treasonous criminal, James Comey, news came out about the Mesa County, CO, case of their former election supervisor, Tina Peters.
In September, a surprise filing, admitted by the court, corroborates Tina Peters’ claims about the rigged election machinery, and validates Tina’s preservation of documents in Mesa County after the 2020 election. We do not yet know the source of that filing.
This is exceptionally good news, as Tina Peters has been jailed by the Communists in Colorado for daring to reveal the problems she found with the Dominion voting machines in her county. She was trusting enough to believe Colorado would care. The evidence she produced was more than they could take.
This surprise filing was testimony from a Venezuelan voting machine software expert about the Smartmatic AND Dominion (used by 62 counties in Colorado) voting machinery. He had worked with both systems, for the Venezuelan government from 2003 – 2016, in the rigging of elections there.
The Venezuelan expert, based on his own personal knowledge, computer expertise, work he did for the Venezuelan government and examination of the saved image records from Tina Peters, this witness has made a direct statement:
“Colorado elections are just as insecure as those in Venezuela.”
He should know. This man served as the national elections coordinator in Venezuela, for a number of years. In this position, he configured and managed Smartmatic equipment used in their elections. He organized election “war rooms”, audits, and managed data centers throughout the country. He states that Dominion voting machines used in 62 counties in CO, have the “same structure and vulnerabilities” as do the Smartmatic ones with which he worked in Venezuela.
Bad news for the Marxists in Colorado, great news for Tina Peters.
Tina is a 70-year old Gold Star Mom, who was working as Mesa County’s clerk. She was jailed by the Colorado court in 2024, found guilty of seven counts (including four felonies!) related to unauthorized access to voting equipment in an attempt to uncover alleged 2020 election fraud and has been incarcerated ever since. We hear that her health is failing.
President Trump cannot issue a pardon for Tina Peters as hers is not a federal matter, but his DOJ filed a statement of interest in the case, in March 2025, and the President has, twice, asked for her release. It is not yet known how and exactly when the Colorado court allowed the Venezuelan’s expert testimony to be filed with the Tina Peters case.
What I have given you here today is from a 9/25 podcast from Emerald Robinson on X. As this is published, I can find no more information on the subject, but I wanted you to have hope for her case, which has stricken so many Americans as a blatant attack on our rights. America cares about Tina.
Well, the election fraud she sought to expose has just been caught in the bright light of truth, it seems, and I could not be happier. I know most of America will feel the same.

GOOD!! Hope she can get awarded BIG damages from lucifer’s accursed dimmercrap “ran” Colorado.
They need to be removed and destroyed from every state in our union. Paper ballots or nothing.
And, how many Tennessee Counties use these FRAUDULENT voting machines? Election commissions all over our state should be shaking in their boots….they’ve sold us out to these low bid machines, all for an agenda to control us through our elections….and, they will be found out when real leaders are elected.
Is this the Dominion Voting Systems, a U.S.-based election technology company, that filed multiple defamation lawsuits starting in 2021 against conservative media outlets and Trump allies who falsely claimed its machines rigged the 2020 presidential election in favor of Joe Biden. These claims lacked evidence and were amplified post-election, leading to threats against Dominion employees and officials. FAFO Karma………….call it what you want.
