The Tennessee Conservative [By Paula Gomes] –
An ad seen on a digital sign in Maury County bears a deceptive message in the last weeks leading up to Election Day in November. The ad states that Maury County Conservatives endorse the Harris/Walz Democratic campaign, but a local Conservative Republican club says the sign has nothing to do with them.
As you travel North on Nashville Highway in Maury County, at the end of the Duck River Bridge, the digital billboard is located on the left.
The ad appeared last week with the words “Maury County Conservatives for Harris/Walz” and “Pro Liberty, Pro Democracy, Pro America.”
Under the main text, smaller print states that the ad was paid for by “James Campbell and Friends.”
Debbie Matthews, Chair of the Conservative Republicans of Maury County (CRMC) called the message “jarring” upon seeing it for the first time.
According to our source, there are two men by the name of James Campbell in Columbia, Tennessee.
One is a conservative, the other is Seth James Campbell, a State Democratic Executive Committee Member, public school teacher, and former Chair of the Maury County Democratic Party.
Seth Campbell paid $550 to place the ad that seemingly attributes support for the Democrat Presidential ticket to local conservatives.
In a text exchange with Campbell, Matthews says that Seth thanked her for putting the sign up, basically confirming that his intent was to attach the sign to the CRMC.
“I don’t want anyone to think we as a group would support a Democrat ticket, bring bad press to us as a group, or give members or other Conservatives the impression we would do this,” said Matthews in a letter to fellow conservatives. “BUT the Democrats are doing what Democrats do: they LIE, they DECEIVE, and they WASTE money.”
With early voting starting tomorrow, and running through October 31st, we can expect to see more Democrat ploys like this one.
Last week, Brandon Lewis, Founder of The Tennessee Conservative, published a Press Release to quell rumors that he was responsible for placing yellow signs asking the question, “Is Representative Esther Haynes-Helton a real Republican?” with the signs pointing to the HowEstherVotes.com website.
Lewis said, “It ain’t me my fellow Republicans. Though imitation is the sincerest form of flattery…”
Instead, Lewis stated that the signs were the work of “clever Democrats” who “understand that many of Esther’s votes are less than Conservative” who hope to hurt GOP turnout.
Lewis stated for the record, “I would not support a Democrat over a Republican.”

It would be so worth it to buy another billboard – directly across the highway from the offending billboard, and place Campbell’s check on it! It’s high time we push back on these sleazy Demonsters!
Lucifer’s lying dimmercraps.
