Tennessee Illegal Aliens Arrested For Aggravated Assault, Child Abuse, DUIs & More…

More illegal aliens were recently taken off of Tennessee streets for crimes including aggravated assault with serious bodily injury, child abuse, DUIs, reckless endangerment and more.

Davidson County police arrested the following illegal aliens:

26-year-old Ervin Elias Choc Sagui – arrested August 5

• Sagui was charged with resisting stop/frisk/halt/arrest/search, evading arrest, driving under the influence, and assault on a law enforcement officer with bodily injury. He was booked on a $14,500 bond.

26-year-old Yessica Delacruz-Gutierrez – arrested August 6

• Delacruz-Gutierrez was charged with child abuse without injury (child age 8 or under) and aggravated assault with serious bodily injury. She was booked on a $30,000 bond.

46-year-old Arturo Yat-Ichich – arrested August 9

• Yat-Ichich was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. He was booked on a $50,000 bond. 

22-year-old Hendry J. Sanchez-Martinez – arrested August 9

• Sanchez-Martinez was charged with insurance evidence of compliance, driver’s license required, and reckless driving. He was booked on a $3000 total bond.

26-year-old Jorge Antonio Patzan Cajabon – arrested August 9

• Cajabon was charged with aggravated assault (strangulation), interference with an emergency call, false imprisonment, theft of property ($1000 or less), and harassment (repetitive calls). He was booked on a $16,500 total bond.

Knox County police arrested the following illegal aliens:

18-year-old Angelina Fransisco-Andres – arrested August 6

• Fransisco-Andres was charged with driving without a license, leaving the scene of an accident with property damage, and unattended motor vehicle violation. She was booked on a $2500 bond.

44-year-old Jose Ricardo Sanchez Lopez – arrested August 6

• Lopez was charged with DUI (second offense), driving on roadways laned for traffic, implied consent (enhancement only), driving while license revoked, and financial responsibility law. He was booked on a $3250 bond.

27-year-old Carlos Fernando Medina-Hernandez – arrested August 7

• Medina-Fernandez was charged with DUI (first offense), reckless endangerment, and driving without a license. He was booked on a $4000 bond.

32-year-old Johenry Gomez Benitez – arrested August 8

• Benitez was charged with DUI (first offense). He was booked on a $1500 bond.

23-year-old Jose Barrios – arrested August 8

• Barrios was charged with DUI (first offense), simple possession/casual exchange, open container, obstruction of highway or other passageway, and seat belt (18 or older). He was booked on a $7500 bond.

34-year-old Tomas Lopez – arrested August 9

• Lopez was charged with domestic assault. He was booked on a $1500 bond.

43-year-old Alejandro Tello Nava – arrested August 9

• Nava was charged with DUI (2^nd offense), reckless driving by intoxicant, open container, driving while license revoked due to conviction of DUI, driving without a license, and driving on roadways laned for traffic. He was booked on a $5500 bond.

29-year-old Carlos Morales Pizarro – arrested August 9

• Pizarro was charged with simple possession/casual exchange (marijuana less than ½ oz.), speeding, and driving without a license. He was booked on a $4500 bond.

28-year-old Miranda Lopez – arrested August 9

• Lopez was charged with public intoxication. She was booked on a $1000 bond.

27-year-old Jeyson Adaliad Romero – arrested August 10

• Romero was charged with DUI (first offense). He was booked on a $10,000 bond.

Inmate records show that these individuals currently have immigrant detainers and will remain in custody until released to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

An ICE hold most likely means they are in this country illegally.
