Tennessee Conservative News Staff –
Cold temperatures did not stop police in Davidson and Knox Counties from taking more illegal aliens off the streets in recent days.

The following individuals were arrested in Davidson County:
27-year-old Julio Alvarado – arrested January 24
- Alvarado was charged with aggravated assault (strangulation) and was booked on a $40,000 bond. He is scheduled to appear in court on the felony charges on January 27.

21-year-old Walter Ac-cu – arrested January 25
- Ac-cu was charged with four counts of failure to appear, driving under the influence, and driver’s license required. He was booked on a $47,000 total bond. The failure to appear charges stem from an incident from April 11, 2025, in which he was charged with DUI, alcohol consumption under the age of 21, violation of the open container law, and leaving the scene of an accident.

In Knox County, the following individuals were arrested:
19-year-old Daniel Monzon – arrested January 23
- Monzon was charged with driving without a license and drag racing. He was booked on a $10,000 total bond.

23-year-old Orlando Mavarez – arrested January 25
- Mavarez was arrested for being a fugitive from justice and was booked without bond.

27-year-old Anderson Leonel Gonzalez – arrested January 25
- Gonzalez was charged with driving without a license, failure to stop at a stop sign or light, and possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia. He was booked on a $10,000 total bond.

Inmate records show that all of these individuals currently have immigrant detainers and will remain in custody until released to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
An ICE hold most likely means they are in this country illegally.
