Police in both Davidson and Knox Counties continue to work to place illegal aliens behind bars.
Davidson County police arrested several individuals on Thursday, September 25.
27-year-old Mateo Lopez-Sebastian was arrested and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and two counts of evading arrest. He was booked on a $20,000 bond. Lopez-Sebastian did have a previous charge of domestic assault in 2022, but that charge was dismissed.
37-year-old Rigoberto Pacheco-Perez was arrested for failure to appear in court on an aggravated assault charge from February 2025. He was booked on a $30,000 bond.
22-year-old Mateo Paris Alonzo was charged with driving without a license and failure to comply with insurance requirements.
31-year-old Marco A. Perez was arrested for domestic assault with bodily injury. Previous charges against him for vandalism, domestic assault, and possession with intent were dismissed by the state.
In Knox County, police arrested Luis Solano-Meza on September 21 and Oscar Ramirez Rocha on September 23.
Solano-Meza was charged with aggravated domestic assault.
Rocha was charged with criminal trespassing, possession of marijuana and fentanyl, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Inmate records show that all of the above individuals have an immigration hold.
They will remain in custody until they are released to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
An ICE detainer most likely means they are in this country illegally.
