Law enforcement officials in Davidson and Knox Counties arrested several illegal aliens on charges that include theft, assault, and sexual battery.
22-year-old Henry Alonzo Alonzo was arrested on Tuesday, October 21. He was charged with failure to appear in connection with an October 2024 charge of theft $1000 or less. He was booked on a $2500 bond.
Police arrested 24-year-old Daniel Eduard Figueroa Fuentes on Wednesday, October 22 on charges of domestic assault with bodily injury. He was booked on a $2000 bond.
Also arrested on Wednesday was 39-year-old Jose Domingo Ramirez-Perez. Ramirez-Perez was charged with two counts of sexual battery without consent. He was booked on a $75,000 bond. Ramirez-Perez had previously been found guilty of three separate incidents of driving without a license in 2015, 2016, and 2018.
40-year-old Jose Tabora-Cortez was also arrested on Wednesday and charged with driving under the influence and driving without a license. He was booked on a $1500 bond.
Knox County picked up several illegal aliens for assault, DUI, and other driving charges.
30-year-old Daniel Compos-Carillo was arrested for driving without a license, driving on roadways laned for traffic, and driving while license revoked. He was booked on a $500 bond.
Police also arrested 36-year-old Mario Pascal on charges of DUI: first offense and driving without a license. He was booked on a $500 bond.
25-year-old Magdalen Hernandez-Gomez was arrested for domestic assault. She was booked on a $2000 bond.
Inmate records show that all these individuals now have immigrant detainers.
They will remain in custody until they are released to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
An ICE hold most likely means these individuals are in the country illegally.
