Police across the state continue to take criminal illegal aliens into custody on various charges ranging from assault to DUI and more.

Davidson County police arrested the following individuals over the last two days.
Jefferson Yudiel Aldana (age 23) – arrested September 29 – charged with driving under the influence and no driver’s license – Aldana was previously charged in 2022 with DUI and casual possession.

Maria Bartolo Alonso (age 19) – arrested September 29 – charged with failure to appear in connection with a domestic assault charge from September 5.

Ledbin Noel Gonzalez Cruz (age 28) – arrested September 29 – charged with contempt of court and offensive contact assault – Cruz was previously convicted of domestic assault in July 2024.

Selvin Santos Perez (age 24) – arrested September 29 – charged with driving under the influence and no driver’s license

Pedro Marcus Alonzo (age 28) – arrested September 30 – charged with a probation violation -Alonzo was previously arrested in Robertson County in May 2025 for driving under the influence.

Javier Carrasco Baca (age 45) – arrested September 30 – charged with domestic assault with bodily injury and aggravated assault (strangulation) – Baca has previous convictions for DUI, criminal trespassing, and driving without a license dating back to 2008.


In Knox County, two individuals were arrested over the past few days.
Pedro Hernandez-Calzoncit (age 53) – arrested September 28 – charged with public intoxication

Victor Manuel Robles Mendoza (age 54) – arrested September 29 – charged with driving without a license.

Inmate records show that the above named individuals all have immigrant detainers.
They will remain in custody until they are released to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
An ICE hold most likely means these individuals are in the country illegally.
