The Tennessee Conservative Staff –
More illegal aliens have been arrested in Davidson and Knox Counties for domestic assault, burglary, and more.

On June 9, Knox County officials arrested 32-year-old Julio Barsain Roblero for DUI (first offense). He is scheduled for a preliminary hearing on June 25, but inmate records show that he is now being held for ICE.

Officers with the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office arrested 36-year-old Javier Enrique Ortiz-Rojas on June 10. He was charged with aggravated burglary and booked into the Downtown Detention Center with a $25,000 bond. Since 2019, Ortiz-Rojas has been charged with several offenses, including domestic violence, assault, and violation of an order of protection. All of his previous charges have been dismissed.

53-year-old Gerardo Flores Reyes-Flores was also arrested on June 10 and charged with domestic assault with bodily injury. He was booked with a $1000 bond. Reyes-Flores has had a number of charges related to driving without a license over the past several years and was found guilty on several of those charges.

Police also arrested 21-year-old Jose A. Garcia-Gonzales on June 11. Garcia-Gonzales is charged with DUI, possession of a weapon while under the influence, and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

All of these individuals are now listed with an immigration detainer hold. They will remain in custody until they are released to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
An ICE detainer most likely means these individuals are in the country illegally.
