Tennessee Conservative News Staff –

Davidson and Knox County police have captured several more illegal aliens, including one charged with burglary, assault, and rape of a child.

31-year-old Mena Mohsen Farez Awad was booked on Wednesday after being arrested last week in Louisville, Kentucky. Awad is accused of breaking into a home on New Year’s Eve and raping a 16-year-old girl as she slept.

According to police reports, the girl was sleeping with her nephew when she woke to someone touching her leg. The man went on to rape her. The victim reported that the man had a handgun on his waist, and she feared for both her life and her nephew’s.

After convincing the man to leave, she called her sister, who made a report to police. After leaving the apartment, police began looking for the suspect. During that search, Awad allegedly came into the apartment again, this time with a knife, but left again without further incident.

He is booked in the Downtown Nashville Detention Center on a $145,000 total bond. He is charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, aggravated burglary, and aggravated rape with a weapon/object.
