Tennessee Illegal Aliens Arrested For Child Rape, Aggravated Assault, Child Endangerment & More…

Davidson County police have been busy pulling a number of violent illegal aliens off the streets over the past few days for charges including aggravated assault, rape of a child, and child endangerment.

Davidson County police arrested the following illegal aliens:

33-year-old Bryan A. Colindres Sanchez – arrested September 13

• Sanchez was charged with aggravated assault (strangulation). He was booked on a $10,000 bond.

42-year-old Dagoberto Espinoza – arrested September 14

• Espinoza was charged with being a fugitive from justice (no warrant). He was booked on a $100,000 bond.

31-year-old Diego Dante Castro – arrested September 14

• Castro was charged with aggravated assault (strangulation). He was booked on a $10,000 bond.

45-year-old Denis Cruz Rodriguez – arrested September 14

• Rodriguez was charged with driving under the influence. He was given a 48-hour sentence.

37-year-old Juarez Luis Fernando – arrested September 15

• Fernando was charged with aggravated rape of a child, display of sex acts to a minor under 13, and incest (victim is a minor). Fernando was booked on a $50,000 bond.

22-year-old Angel De Jesus Adame Cruz – arrested September 15

• Cruz was charged with statutory rape. He was booked on a $15,000 bond.

21-year-old Marlyn Maribel Ba Caal – arrested September 16

• Caal was charged with reckless driving, registration certification in vehicle, misuse of evidence of vehicle registration, and failure to yield to an emergency vehicle. She was booked on a $2200 bond.

29-year-old Rosa Catarina Perez Perez – arrested September 16

• Perez was charged with child endangerment, driver’s license required, and driving under the influence. She was booked on a $8000 bond.

22-year-old Miguel Angel Ramos – arrested September 20

• Ramos was charged with three counts of domestic assault with bodily injury. He was booked on a $10,000 total bond. 

24-year-old Marian Rachelly Palacios Molina – arrested September 21 

• Molina was charged with two counts of aggravated assault (weapon from vehicle), assault with bodily injury, domestic assault with bodily injury, and vandalism ($1000 or less). She was booked on a $21,000 bond.

Knox County police also arrested the following illegal aliens:

49-year-old Hsiao-Chin Cheng – arrested September 16

• Cheng was charged with unlawful use of a telecommunications device while driving, criminal simulation, computer offense ($1000-$2500), speeding, and tampering with evidence. He was booked on a $30,500 bond.

51-year-old Luis Aladino Mera-Tenorio – arrested September 16

• Mera-Tenorio was charged with driving without a license. He was booked on a $500 bond.

27-year-old Dilson Geraro Ramos Ortiz – arrested September 17

• Ortiz was charged with driving without a license. He was booked with bond to be set.

Inmate records show that these individuals currently have immigrant detainers and will remain in custody until released to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

An ICE hold most likely means they are in this country illegally.
