Over Independence Day Weekend, a number of illegal aliens were arrested for vile crimes in Davidson, Knox and Rutherford Counties in Tennessee.

Davidson County police also recently arrested the following illegal aliens:
39-year-old Kenedy Ixim-Sajvin – arrested June 29
- Ixim-Sajvin was charged with three counts of aggravated sexual battery (under age 13). He was booked on a $60,000 bond.

40-year-old Alberto Guararrama Peralta – arrested June 30
- Peralta was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and kidnapping with a risk of bodily injury. He was booked on a $50,000 bond.

20-year-old Ronald Alfredo Botzoc Juarez – arrested June 30
- Juarez was charged with aggravated sexual battery (under age 13) and was booked on a $40,000 bond.

38-year-old Dawi Barrientos Romero – arrested June 30
- Romero was charged with two counts aggravated rape with bodily injury and one count of rape without consent. He was booked without bond.

24-year-old Magdalena Alonzo-Alonzo – arrested June 30
- Alonzo was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. She was booked on a $5000 bond.

40-year-old Eusebio Antonio Quijano Cuellar – arrested July 2
- Cuellar was charged with two counts of failure to appear. He was booked on a $10,000 total bond.

29-year-old Felipe Alonzo Felipe – arrested July 2
- Felipe was charged with two counts of failure to appear. He was booked on a $6000 total bond.

28-year-old The Viet Tran – arrested July 5
- Tran was charged with driving under the influence. He was booked on a $2500 bond.
23-year-old Ever Adolfo Rodriguez Fernandez – arrested July 5
- Fernandez was charged with driving under the influence and driver’s license required. He was booked on a $3000 bond.


Knox County Police also recently arrested the following illegal aliens:
23-year-old Lester Diaz – arrested June 29
- Diaz was charged with domestic assault. He was booked on a $2500 bond.

29-year-old Jose Isidro Trejo-Chavez – arrested June 29
- Trejo-Chavez was charged with speeding and driving without a license. He was booked on a $2500 bond.

42-year-old Bertin Cruz-Hernandez – arrested July 1
- Cruz-Hernandez was charged with public intoxication, misdemeanor stalking, and displaying/possessing a cancelled/revoked/suspended or altered driver’s license. He was booked on a $5500 bond.

33-year-old Wilmer Danilo Avila-Rivas – arrested July 4
- Avila-Rivas was charged with DUI (first offense), speeding, open container, driving an unregistered vehicle on the highway, implied consent, driving without a license, financial responsibility law, driver to exercise due care, failure to carry a registration certificate, and unlawful removal/alteration of a registration tag. He was booked on a $4750 total bond.

27-year-old Joel Edgardo Funez – arrested July 5
- Funez was charged with DUI (first offense) and driving without a license. He was booked on a $2000 bond.

Over Father’s Day Weekend, 48-year-old Jose Francisco Amaya was arrested after previously being convicted of attempted homicide in Rutherford County. Additionally, he has prior convictions as well as a number of dismissed charges in Davidson County, including felony stalking.

Inmate records show that these individuals currently have immigrant detainers and will remain in custody until released to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
An ICE hold most likely means they are in this country illegally.
