Tennessee Illegal Aliens Arrested For DUI, Assault, Statutory Rape & More…

Several illegal aliens have been arrested in Davidson and Knox Counties for charges including statutory rape, drug possession, assault and more.

Davidson County police arrested the following individuals:

18-year-old Fabio A. Hoyos – arrested November 2

  • Hoyos was charged with misdemeanor riot. He was booked on a $2500 bond.

33-year-old Wilfi Enriquez-Perez – arrested November 2 

  • Enriquez-Perez was charged with driving under the influence (2nd offense), driving on a revoked license, and violation of probation. 

21-year-old Angel Daniel Meza – arrested November 3

  • Meza was charged with two counts of domestic assault with bodily injury and one count of aggravated assault (strangulation). He was booked on a $17,000 bond. Meza was previously charged with domestic assault with bodily injury just a few days earlier on October 27. He was given a $1000 bond at that time.

Knox County police arrested the following individuals:

23-year-old Javier Yoc-Tacen – arrested November 2

  • Yoc-Tacen was charged with statutory rape. He was booked on a $40,000 bond.

22-year-old Darlin Leonel Mejia – arrested November 2

  • Mejia was charged with driving under the influence (first offense), violation of the open container law, simple possession/casual exchange, possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia, following too closely, violation of financial responsibility law, failure to surrender registration, and driving without a license. 

30-year-old Cristian Padilla-Zavala – arrested November 3

  • Padilla-Zavala was charged with aggravated domestic assault (strangulation).

24-year-old Isaac Castenada Alvarado – arrested November 3

  • Alvarado was charged with 3 counts of aggravated assault. He was booked on a $45,000 total bond.

Inmate records show that these individuals all have immigrant detainers.

They will remain in custody until they are released to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

An ICE hold most likely means they are in this country illegally.
