Davidson County police arrested several illegal aliens over the last two days on charges including domestic assault, false imprisonment, and driving under the influence.
28-year-old Rauda Carlos Alexander was arrested on Sunday, October 12 on charges of domestic assault (offensive/provocative conduct) as well as a felony immigration charge. He was charged with no driver’s license in 2018 but that charge was dropped. He was booked on a $2000 bond.
Also arrested on Sunday was 33-year-old Nozim Soliev. Soliev was charged with interference with an emergency call, false imprisonment, and domestic assault with bodily injury. He was booked on a $6500 total bond.
25-year-old Jenis Elizabeth Arzu Wilson was arrested on Monday, October 13. Wilson was charged with domestic assault with bodily injury and resisting arrest. She was booked into the Female Correctional Development Center with a $3000 bond.
Police also arrested 24-year-old Jose L. Balderas Sierra for driving under the influence, failure to render aid, and no driver’s license. He was booked on a $2500 bond.
Inmate records show that these individuals now have an immigrant detainer.
They will remain in custody until they are released to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
An ICE hold most likely means these individuals are in the country illegally.
