Both Davidson County and Knox County law enforcement officials continue to track down criminals who are illegally in this country.

25-year-old Irvin Reyes Martinez was arrested by Davidson County police on July 6. He is charged with 2 counts of domestic assault with bodily injury, aggravated kidnapping to terrorize/inflict injury, and especially aggravated kidnapping with serious bodily injury. He was booked with a total $180,000 bond.

On July 7, DSCO arrested 36-year-old Ronny Jose Cabrera Valencia. Valencia was charged with six counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. He was booked on a $150,000 bond.

27-year-old Cristian Joel Morales Guzman was arrested on July 8 for driving under the influence. He was booked into the Downtown Detention Center on a $1500 bond.

That same day, 23-year-old German Silverio Madrid Zepeda was arrested. Zepeda was charged with driving on a revoked license and was booked with a bond of $2000. Zepeda was previously arrested on May 12 for domestic assault.

On July 9, 18-year-old Bryan Javier Bonilla Guavarro was booked into the Downtown Detention Center on charges of vehicle theft ($10,000+ but less than $60,000), possession of a controlled substance, evading arrest, and possession of a weapon with intent during an offense. He was booked with a $15,500 bond.

Knoxville police arrested 50-year-old Antonio Omar for attempted burglary of a habitation on July 8.

26-year-old Julio A. Jacinto was arrested the following day. Jacinto was charged with public intoxication, driving under the influence, reckless endangerment, leaving the scene of an accident, no driver’s license, and failure to comply with financial responsibility laws.

Inmate records now show that all of these individuals have ICE detainers. They will remain in custody until they are released to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

An immigration detainer hold most likely means these individuals are in this country illegally.
