Law enforcement officials across the state have been taking violent illegal aliens off of Tennessee streets.

In late December, 45-year-old Jose Gazper Gonzalez was arrested in Davidson County on charges of first-degree murder, driving under the influence, implied consent violation, driver’s license required, interference with an emergency call, and vandalism. He is currently being held on a $70,000 bond.

Metro Police also arrested an illegal alien who has been deported numerous times on felony drugs and weapons charges.

According to the Department of Homeland Security, Juan Alvarado-Garcia was charged with vehicle theft, possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, and three counts of possession of a firearm.

Congressman Andy Ogles said, “He is guilty of literally carrying a substance that could kill 300 people.”

According to DHS Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin, “His rap sheet includes arrests for domestic violence, narcotic possession, violating a protective order, trespassing, larceny, and illegally carrying a weapon.”

Alvarado-Garcia is currently being held on a $45,000 bond.
