Tennessee Illegal Aliens Busted For Rape, Domestic Assault, Illegal Drugs & More

Police in Davidson and Knox County arrested a number of illegal aliens on serious criminal charges including rape, drug possession, assault, and DUI.

20-year-old Berk Arapgirlioglu was arrested in Davidson County on Sunday, September 14. He was charged with failure to appear on charges stemming from a felony rape charge. The incident allegedly took place on March 30, 2023. He was booked with no bond.

Davidson County Police also arrested 19-year-old Randy Rivera Lopez on Monday, September 15. Lopez was charged with Failure to file a report of an accident with injury or damage, felony vehicular assault, leaving the scene of an accident involving injury, failure to give information/render aid, driving under the influence, and no driver’s license. He was booked on a $34,500 bond. Lopez was previously charged with alcohol consumption under the age of 21 and public intoxication in December 2023.

30-year-old Egierver Rondon was arrested on Tuesday, September 16 on felony charges of robbery, two misdemeanor charges of domestic assault with bodily injury and one of vandalism ($1000 or less). He was booked on a $17,000 bond. Rondon was previously charged with possession/casual exchange and no driver’s license in 2024.

Also arrested on September 16 was 34-year-old Salvador Ramirez-Gonzalez. He was charged with Possession of meth, cocaine, and drug paraphernalia with intent. He was also charged with possession of a handgun while under the influence and with the intent to commit a felony and trespassing. He was booked on a $44,100 bond. Gonzalez was charged in April 2024 with no driver’s license and financial responsibility with injury/death.

In Knox County, 42-year-old Lorena Orozco-Vela was arrested on September 13 for driving without a license. 

32-year-old Jose Flores-Benitez was arrested on September 15 for aggravated domestic assault. 

Records indicate that all of these individuals now have immigration detainer holds.

They will remain in custody until they are released to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

An ICE hold most likely means these individuals are in this country illegally.
