Tennessee Conservative News Staff –
Police in Davidson and Knox Counties arrested a number of illegal aliens on charges ranging from handgun possession and DUI to domestic assault.

Davidson County police arrested the following individuals:
33-year-old Modesta Vasquez-Gregorio – arrested June 23
- Vasquez-Gregorio was charged with two counts of evading arrest in a motor vehicle and driver’s license required. She was booked on a $3500 total bond.


27-year-old Pedro Alejandro Choc Tiul – arrested June 24
- Tiul was charged with driving under the influence and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. He was booked on a $12,000 total bond.

32-year-old Juan Atanacio Zamora – arrested June 24
- Zamora was charged with possession of a handgun while under the influence, driving under the influence, and driver’s license required. He was booked on a $3500 bond.

46-year-old Carlos A. Alvarez – arrested June 24
- Alvarez was charged with being a fugitive from justice and was booked on a $100,000 bond.

37-year-old Joel Duarte Rodriguez – arrested June 25
- Rodriguez was charged with possession or casual exchange of meth and trespassing. He was booked on a $2000 bond.

46-year-old Alexander Cu Quip-Cu – arrested June 28
- Quip-Cu was charged with sexual battery without consent and is being held on a $10,000 bond. He also has an open case with a charge of domestic assault stemming from an incident that occurred in September 2025. He is due in court on that charge on August 20.

18-year-old Magdalena Perez Alonzo – arrested June 29
- Alonzo was charged with alcohol consumption under the age of 21 and public intoxication. She was booked on a $1000 bond.

31-year-old Nayeli Alvarado – arrested June 29
- Alvarado was charged with domestic assault with bodily injury. He was booked on a $2000 bond.

23-year-old Catarina D. Alonzo Gomez – arrested June 29
- Gomez was charged with evading arrest, driving under the influence, failure to give information/render aid, leaving the scene of an accident involving personal injury, and driver’s license required. She was booked on a $5000 total bond.



Knox County police arrested the following individuals:
44-year-old Avelino Ramirez Perez – arrested June 24
- Perez was charged with theft of merchandise ($2500-$10,000) and was booked with an $8000 bond.

36-year-old Anai Gabriela Pineda-Rosales – arrested June 26
- Pineda-Rosales was charged with domestic assault. She was booked without bond.

20-year-old Miguel Baltazar – arrested June 26
- Baltazar was charged with DUI (first offense), underage consumption, and driving without a license. He was booked on a $3250 bond.

50-year-old Martin Diego Mateo – arrested June 27
- Mateo was charged with domestic assault. He was booked on a $2500 bond.

39-year-old Aurelto Sebastian – arrested June 28
- Sebastian was charged with DUI (first offense), driving without a license, driving on the right, open container, and failure to use turn signal. He was booked on a $5000 bond.

38-year-old Mirely Funez – arrested June 29
- Funez was charged with three counts of altering/falsifying/forging a title/plate, driving while license suspended, and move over law. She was booked on a $4500 bond.

Inmate records show that both of these individuals currently have immigrant detainers and will remain in custody until released to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement. An ICE hold most likely means they are in this country illegally.
