Tennessee Illegal Aliens Arrested For Strangulation, Trespassing, Vehicle Theft, DUI, Burglary & More…

Police in Davidson and Knox Counties are continuing to take illegal alien criminals off of Tennessee streets.

Davidson County officials arrested the following individuals:

31-year-old Richard A. Brinez Hernandez – arrested January 12

  • Hernandez was charged with aggravated assault (strangulation) and was booked on a $10,000 bond. 

38-year-old Israel Hernandez Meza-Hernandez – arrested January 14

  • Meza-Hernandez was charged with trespassing and was booked on a $100.00 bond. He has a lengthy record of prior arrests dating back to 2014. The various charges include aggravated assault with a deadly weapon (2018), aggravated assault/strangulation (2018), violation of an order of protection (2018), public intoxication (2023), and numerous counts of criminal trespassing.

33-year-old Diego Alonzo Alonzo-Ramirez – arrested January 14

29-year-old Jose Enrique Hernandez Arroyo – arrested January 14

  • Arroyo was charged with vehicle theft ($10,000+ but less than $60,000), possession or casual exchange of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, driver’s license required, and contraband in a penal institution (intoxicant/controlled substance). 

32-year-old Walter A. Guevara – arrested January 14

  • Guevara was charged with misdemeanor trespassing and was booked on a $1000 bond. Guevara’s record shows numerous charges dating back to 2019. Charges include driving under the influence (2019), assault (2022), and several incidences of criminal trespassing.

23-year-old Anthony Avilo Amaya – arrested January 15

  • Amaya was charged with aggravated burglary, resisting stop/frisk/halt/arrest/search, and driving under the influence. He was booked on a $13,000 total bond.

Knox County police arrested the following individuals:

25-year-old Roelmer Neftali Lopez-Miranda – arrested January 12

  • Lopez-Miranda was charged with DUI (first offense) and was booked on a $6000 bond. 

24-year-old Misal Gonzalez Hernandez – arrested January 12

  • Hernandez was charged with driving without a license. He was booked on a $500 bond.

Inmate records show that all of these individuals currently have immigrant detainers and will remain in custody until released to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

An ICE hold most likely means they are in this country illegally.
