Tennessee Illegal Aliens Arrested In Davidson County For Rape, Drugs, DUI & More

Tennessee Illegal Aliens Arrested In Davidson County For Rape, Drugs, DUI & More

Davidson County police have rounded up several more illegal aliens who are now charged with crimes including drug charges, rape, and driving under the influence.

August 19, 2025

  • 31-year-old Daniel Flores Moreno was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance (meth <.5 gr), possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting arrest, evading arrest, driving under the influence, reckless driving, driving without a license, and misuse of evidence of vehicle registration. He was booked on a $33,000 total bond. 
  • 21-year-old Victor Vivas Duarte was arrested for felony statutory rape. Police records show that the incident occurred on November 7, 2023. He was booked with a $10,000 bond. He also has two open charges from June 2023 for reckless driving and no driver’s license.

August 21, 2025

  • 24-year-old Yail Davila-Rincon was arrested for theft of merchandise ($1000 or less). He was booked on a $1000 bond. 

August 22, 2025

  • 51-year-old Merlin Rene Argueta was arrested on two counts of felony rape. He was booked with a $50,000 bond on each count. Argueta is no stranger to run-ins with the law including domestic violence charges dating back to 2006 and multiple charges of driving without a license.
  • 20-year-old Selvin Arnulfo Cordova-Chinchilla was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of handgun while under the influence, driving under the influence, no driver’s license, and contraband in a penal institution. He was charged in April 2024 with possession of alcohol under the age of 21, violation of the open container law, and no driver’s license.
  • 25-year-old Rusvelt Robles Sanchez was arrested for violation of felony probation. He was booked with a $1000 bond. He was on probation for a charge of theft over $1000.
  • 34-year-old Nelso Velazquez-Aguilar was arrested for driving under the influence and no driver’s license. He was booked on a $3000 total bond.

Records now show that all of these individuals have immigration detainer holds.

They will remain in custody until they are released to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

An ICE hold most likely means these individuals are in this country illegally.
