Tennessee Illegal Aliens Busted For Aggravated Assault, Child Abuse, DUIs, Illicit Drugs & More…

Criminal illegal aliens were removed from Tennessee streets for crimes ranging from possession of meth to child abuse/neglect.

Davidson County police arrested the following illegal aliens:

41-year-old Gomez Suarez-Florentino – arrested August 23

• Suarez-Florentino was charged with driving under the influence and driver’s license required. He was booked on a $2500 bond.

22-year-old Jamie Alonzo – arrested August 23

• Alonzo was charged with driving under the influence and was booked on a $2500 bond.

40-year-old Sadarel Rodriguez – arrested August 27

• Rodriguez was charged with possession or casual exchange of meth, two counts of possession or casual exchange of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance with intent (amphetamine 300 gr or >, possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting stop/frisk/halt/arrest/search, possession of a handgun while under the influence, possession of a firearm with intent while committing a dangerous felony, trespassing, and contraband in a penal facility. He was booked on a $53,000 total bond. He was previously charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon in October 2023, but that charge was dismissed. Charges of public intoxication and possession of a controlled substance (meth) at the same time, as well as criminal trespassing and criminal impersonation charges from November 2025 were not pursued.

25-year-old Brayan Fernandez – arrested August 30

• Fernandez was given a reckless felony charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. He was booked on a $7500 bond. 

33-year-old Jorge Bol – arrested August 30

• Bol was charged with domestic assault with bodily injury and resisting stop/frisk/halt/arrest/search. He was booked on a $6000 total bond. 

25-year-old Mario Moises Suul Ajmac – arrested August 31

• Ajmac was charged with driving under the influence and driver’s license required. He was booked on a $4000 bond.

39-year-old Eleazar Manuel Lamus Elli -arrested August 31

• Elli was charged with no driver’s license and was booked on a $500 bond. Elli has previous charges from both February 2025 and May 2025 for vehicular charges including no driver’s license, unregistered vehicle, insurance (evidence of compliance), misuse of registration, and expired registration. Some of the prior charges were dismissed at the request of the state while others are labeled as “Noelle Prosequi,” meaning the prosecutor opted to abandon the case.

25-year-old Wilfredo Yaredi Lagos-Armas – arrested August 31

• Lagos-Armas was charged with driving under the influence and driver’s license required. He was booked on a $1000 bond. He was previously charged in January 2025 for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, but was later convicted of a lesser charge in criminal court. He was also charged with domestic assault with bodily injury in July 2024, but those charges were dropped.

 Knox County arrested the following illegal aliens:

18-year-old Juan Pedro Matias – arrested August 24

• Matias was charged with domestic assault and resisting stop/arrest/search. He was booked on a $3500 bond.

37-year-old Julio Morales Zamudio – arrested August 25

• Zamudio was charged with domestic assault theft of merchandise (shoplifting), and two counts of simple possession/casual exchange. He was booked on a $1500 bond.

27-year-old Juana Pascual – arrested August 27

• Pascual was charged with child abuse/neglect/endangerment, assault on a law enforcement officer, resisting stop/arrest/search, driving on roadways laned for traffic, evading arrest/flight (vehicle), and DUI (first offense). She was booked on a $5500 bond.

23-year-old Montoya Rodriguez – arrested August 27

• Rodriguez was charged with DUI by allowing and public intoxication. She was booked on a $1500 bond.

35-year-old Iver Enrique Avila-Avila – arrested August 28

• Avila-Avila was charged with driving without a license and financial responsibility law. He was booked on a $3000 bond.

45-year-old Visrain Hernandez Gonzalez – arrested August 30

• Gonzalez was charged with DUI (first offense), driving without a license, speeding, and registration certificate must be carried. He was booked on a $2500 bond.

Inmate records show that these individuals currently have immigrant detainers and will remain in custody until released to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

An ICE hold most likely means they are in this country illegally.
