Several illegal aliens were arrested in Davidson County last week on charges ranging from aggravated assault to vehicle theft.

Davidson County police arrested the following individuals:
25-year-old Ronaldo V. Chub Tiul – arrested December 15
- Tiul was charged with two counts of failure to appear and one count of domestic assault with bodily injury. He was booked on a $10,500 bond. The failure to appear charges stem from two 2023 charges of DUI and no driver’s license.


33-year-old Fernando Caal – arrested December 15
- Caal was charged with failure to appear and was booked on a $10,000 bond. His failure to appear charge comes from a 2024 charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

32-year-old Jose Geronimo Flores Lainez – arrested December =16
- Lainez was charged with public intoxication and assault/offensive contact of a law enforcement officer. He was booked on a $2600 bond.

34-year-old Mateo Garcia Lucas – arrested December 17
- Lucas was charged with a probation violation and was booked on a 45-day sentence with no bond. He was previously found guilty of driving under the influence on two different occasions.

26-year-old Jonathan Isaias Chirino Gomez – arrested December 17
- Gomez was charged with domestic assault with bodily injury and resisting stop/frisk/halt/arrest/search. He was booked on a $12,500 bond. Gomez was previously found guilty of driving without a license in 2024.

22-year-old Jesus Ballo – arrested December 17
- Ballo was charged with two counts of theft of property (less than $60,000 but greater than $25,000), possession of drug paraphernalia, hold or use altered or false document or plate, vehicle theft ($10,000+ but less than $60,000), and driver’s license required. He was booked on a $158,000 bond.



42-year-old German Camaja Hernandez – arrested December 18
- Hernandez was charged with a misdemeanor probation violation and was booked on a $5000 bond. He was previously found guilty of DUI and aggravated assault with bodily injury.

25-year-old Francisco Carnelo Perez – arrested December 18
- Perez was charged with aggravated domestic assault with bodily injury, theft of property ($1000 or less), and driving under the influence. He was booked on a $6000 total bond.



Inmate records show that these individuals all have immigrant detainers.
They will remain in custody until they are released to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
An ICE hold most likely means they are in this country illegally.
