Tennessee Illegal Aliens Busted For Aggravated Assault & Kidnapping, Illicit Drugs, DUI & More…

Several illegal aliens were recently arrested across Tennessee for crimes including aggravated kidnapping, assault, and drug possession.

Davidson County police arrested the following illegal aliens:

28-year-old Maria Perez Sanchez – arrested June 16

  • Sanchez was charged with domestic assault with bodily injury. She was booked on a $1000 bond.

22-year-old Oscar A. Posadas Paredas – arrested June 17

  • Paredas was charged with aggravated assault (strangulation) and aggravated kidnapping with bodily injury. He was booked on a $50,000 bond.

21-year-old Jose J. Espinosa Jiminez – arrested June 18

  • JIminez was charged with driving under the influence. He was booked on a $3000 bond.

49-year-old Adrian Catalan Rayo – arrested June 18

  • Rayo was charged with domestic assault with bodily injury. He was booked on a $1000 bond. The charge stems from an October 2022 incident. Rayo also has a previous conviction for violation of an order of protection in 2017 and driving under the influence and leaving the scene of an accident with property damage in 2008.

43-year-old Geovanny Jose Rapalo Hernandez – arrested June 18

  • Hernandez was charged with possession of a controlled substance (Fentanyl <.5 gr.) with intent. He was booked on a $75,000 bond.

25-year-old Marbin Eligio Guzman Vasquez – arrested June 21

  • Vazquez was charged with driving under the influence and was booked on a $3000 bond. He was later sentenced to 48 hours in jail.

Knox County police arrested the following illegal aliens:

29-year-old Augusto Miguel Barradas Mendoza – arrested June 18

  • Mendoza was charged with simple possession/casual exchange. He was booked on a $5000 bond.

44-year-old Mario Polito Jara – arrested June 18

  • Jara was charged with driving while license suspended, financial responsibility law, registration expired, possession or casual exchange of meth, and possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia uses and activities. He was booked on a $10,000 total bond.

Inmate records show that all of these individuals currently have immigrant detainers and will remain in custody until released to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement. An ICE hold most likely means they are in this country illegally.
