Tennessee Illegal Aliens Busted For Assault, Burglary, DUI, Leaving Scene Of Accident, Property Damage, Vandalism & More…

Davidson and Knox County police departments recently arrested illegal aliens on charges ranging from DUI and vandalism to aggravated assault and burglary.

Davidson County police arrested the following illegal aliens:

57-year-old Guillermo Bravo-Hernandez – arrested August 2

  • Bravo-Hernandez was charged with vandalism ($1000 or less) and aggravated assault (strangulation). He was booked on a $22,000 total bond. 

42-year-old Jose Dionicio Arbaiza Vasquez – arrested August 3

  • Vasquez was charged with driving under the influence and was booked on a $1000 bond. He was later issued a 48-hour sentence.

18-year-old Jose Fuentes – arrested August 3 

  • Fuentes was charged with misdemeanor evading arrest and was booked on a $1000 bond. He was later sentenced to 30 days in jail.

20-year-old Juan Carlos Depaz Cobon – arrested August 3

  • Cobon was charged with felony burglary, misdemeanor theft of merchandise ($1000 or less), and vandalism ($1000-$2500). He was booked on a $7500 total bond. 

31-year-old Bartolo Garcia-Alonzo – arrested August 3 

  • Garcia-Alonzo was charged with driving under the influence, driver’s license required, resisting stop/frisk/halt/arrest/search, and evading arrest. He was booked on a $10,000 total bond. 

36-year-old Cain Pedro Lopez Gomez – arrested August 3 

  • Gomez was charged with driving under the influence and was booked on a $1000 bond. He was later issued a 48-hour sentence.

29-year-old Aide Julid Roque Valencia – arrested August 4

  • Valencia was charged with aggravated assault (strangulation). She was booked on a $35,000 bond.

Knox County police arrested the following illegal aliens:

34-year-old Tengteng Wei – arrested August 1

  • Wei was charged with domestic assault and was booked on a $1500 bond.

26-year-old Nolan Ruiz Gutierrez – arrested August 1

  • Gutierrez was charged with DUI (first offense), driving without a license, and open container. He was booked on a $3250 total bond.

40-year-old Camilo Leal – arrested August 2

  • Leal was charged with two counts of domestic assault and was booked on a $2000 bond. 

22-year-old Osmeyky Gonzalez-Lopez – arrested August 3 

  • Gonzalez-Lopez was charged with leaving the scene of an accident with property damage less than $1500, driving on roadways laned for traffic, driving without a license, immediate notice of accident, and duty to stop/render aid/give information. He was booked on a $4000 total bond. 

Inmate records show that these individuals currently have immigrant detainers and will remain in custody until released to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

An ICE hold most likely means they are in this country illegally.
