Tennessee Illegal Aliens Busted For Assault, DUI, Credit Card Fraud, Theft & More…

Law enforcement officials in both Davidson and Knox counties took more criminal illegal aliens off the streets last week.

Davidson County police arrested the following illegal aliens:

39-year-old Jaun Antonio Meza-Sergoria – arrested July 26

  • Meza-Sergoria was charged with evading arrest, evading arrest in a motor vehicle with risk of injury, driving under the influence, reckless driving, driver’s license required, and leaving the scene of an accident with damage over $1500. He was booked on a $22,000 total bond.

26-year-old Devanny Cordova Hernandez – arrested July 27

  • Hernandez was charged with aggravated assault (strangulation) and was booked on a $10,000 bond. 

36-year-old Armando Medina Ramirez – arrested July 27

  • Ramirez was charged with domestic assault with bodily injury and was booked on a $1000 bond. 

28-year-old Jeison Carupe Perez – arrested July 27

  • Perez was charged with theft of property ($2500-$10,000) and two counts of fraudulent use of a credit card ($1000-$2500). He was booked on a $20,000 bond.

21-year-old Victoria Carolina Rojas Cartaya – arrested July 28

  • Cartaya was charged with theft of property ($2500-$10,000), aggravated burglary, and being a fugitive from justice. She was booked on a $111, 500 total bond. 

31-year-old Viscencio Merino Hernandez – arrested July 28

  • Hernandez was charged with driving under the influence (2nd offense) and 2 counts of violation of probation. He was booked on a $22,500 total bond. The probation violation charges stem from a 2018 DUI conviction.

30-year-old Uriel Eduardo Chancoa – arrested July 30

  • Chancoa was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and was booked on a $25,000 bond. 

23-year-old Jose Alberto Nolasco-Rivera – arrested July 31

  • Nolasco-Rivera was charged with theft of a vehicle ($2500-$10,000). He was booked on a $10,000 bond. He was previously found guilty of domestic assault with bodily injury in 2024.

Knox County police arrested the following illegal aliens:

25-year-old Yonger Andino – arrested July 26

  • Andino was charged with domestic assault and was booked on a $2500 bond.

28-year-old Jose Guerrero – arrested July 29

  • Guerrero was charged with driving under the influence and was booked without bond.

Inmate records show that these individuals currently have immigrant detainers and will remain in custody until released to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

An ICE hold most likely means they are in this country illegally.
