Police arrested five men in Hendersonville last month on charges of human trafficking, including three illegal aliens.

Of the five arrested, three men were booked with ICE holds: Alinson Guerrero-Ramirez, Bryan Duany Rodriguez-Pena, and Lazaro Rodriguez-Santos. All are said to be illegal aliens from Cuba.

According to ICE, Rodriguez-Pena was first on the radar of Customs and Border Protection in June 2021 when he illegally crossed the Rio Grande with 10 other people. Rodriguez-Santos was met in November 2021 when near Yuma, Arizona.

Guerrero-Ramirez came into the United States in 2023 when he illegally entered through Brownsville, Texas. He was given a notice to appear in court but was allowed to remain free through Biden’s catch-and-release policy.

In Davidson County, 46-year-old Alexander Cu Quip-Cu was charged with sexual battery. He was previously charged with domestic assault in March 2026. That case remains open. He was booked with an ICE hold.

Davidson County police also recently arrested the following other illegal aliens:

23-year-old Marco Josue Dionicio Arnulfo – arrested July 11

  • Arnulfo was charged with assault (offensive contact) and two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. He was booked on a $22,000 bond.

51-year-old Enrique Camaja-Raymundo – arrested July 12

  • Camaja-Raymundo was charged with a probation violation related to a 2022 conviction for driving under the influence. He was booked on a $10,000 bond.

Knox County police also arrested the following illegal aliens:

27-year-old Joel Edgardo Funez – arrested July 5

  • Funez was charged with DUI (first offense) and driving without a license. He was booked on a $2000 bond.

24-year-old Shirkhan Mammadov – arrested July 9

  • Mammadov was charged with domestic assault. He was booked on a $1500 bond.

31-year-old Hugo Efrain Peralta Cova – arrested July 12

  • Cova was charged with theft of merchandise (up to $1000). He was booked on a $5000 bond.

30-year-old Francisco Dominguez – arrested July 12

  • Dominguez was charged with DUI (first offense), driving without a license, and resisting stop/arrest/search. He was booked on a $7000 bond.

25-year-old Fredy Josue Sauceda Ochoa – arrested July 12

  • Ochoa was charged with simple possession/casual exchange, driving without a license, financial responsibility law, and duty to stop, render aid, and give information. He was booked on a $3000 bond.

Inmate records show that both of these individuals currently have immigrant detainers and will remain in custody until released to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

An ICE hold most likely means they are in this country illegally.

  1. Lotsa “white” Mexicans. Wonder how many times they’ve been “deported” before? IMHO deportees who return should be permanently dispatched.
