Tennessee law enforcement officials arrested several illegal aliens over the last few days on a variety of charges.

Davidson County police arrested the following illegal aliens:
40-year-old Randolf Dario Rodriguez Camacaro – arrested April 19
- Camacaro was charged with driving under the influence, insurance evidence of compliance, and driver’s license required. He was booked on a $2500 bond.

25-year-old Elvin Osvani Hernandez Vallecillo – arrested April 20
- Vallecillo was charged with vehicle theft ($10,000+ but less than $60,000), evading arrest, possession of drug paraphernalia, and sale of a controlled substance (meth .5 gr or more). He was booked on a $48,500 bond.

36-year-old Miguel Batres-Osuna – arrested April 20
- Batres-Osuna was charged with harassment. He was booked on a $2000 bond.

41-year-old Erick O. Herrera – arrested April 21
- Herrera was charged with possession/casual exchange of a controlled substance, driving under the influence (2nd offense), leaving the scene of an accident with damage over $1500, and driver’s license required. He was booked on a $7500 bond.


Knox County police arrested the following illegal aliens:
30-year-old Maria Orea Perez – arrested April 19
- Perez was charged with promoting prostitution, child abuse/neglect/endangerment (age 8 or less), child restraint law (under 4), and driving without a license. She was booked on a $9000 bond.

50-year-old Amadeo Arriago Balderas – arrested April 19
- Balderas was charged with DUI (first offense), registration law, financial responsibility law, driving without a license, and resisting stop/arrest/search. He was booked on a $7500 bond.

43-year-old Franclin A. Rodriguez – arrested April 19
- Rodriguez was charged with DUI (first offense), open container, driving without a license, and minimum speed regulations. He was booked on a $2500 bond.

41-year-old Marineyda Bautista Quezada – arrested April 19
- Quezada was charged with prostitution. She was booked on a $5000 bond.

30-year-old Salvador Parra – arrested April 19
- Parra was charged with DUI (first offense), driving without a license, and driving on roadways laned for traffic. He was booked on a $5000 bond.

29-year-old Darling Omar Ventura-Santamaria – arrested April 20
- Ventura-Santamaria was charged with DUI (first offense) and leaving the scene of an accident with property damage less than $1500. He was booked on a $3500 bond.

24-year-old Karla Aguilar-Elizalde – arrested April 20
- Aguilar-Elizalde was charged with domestic assault. She was booked on a $1000 bond.

Inmate records show that all of these individuals currently have immigrant detainers and will remain in custody until released to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
An ICE hold most likely means they are in this country illegally.
