Tennessee Conservative News [By Olivia Lupia] –
Numerous illegal aliens in Davidson and Knox Counties have been recently arrested on charges including felony rape, domestic assault, child endangerment, possession of meth, and a host of other offenses.

Davidson County law enforcement arrested the following illegal aliens:
Notably, all offenders below were listed as “White” in the booking logs. While mugshots were not available to confirm the racial designations for Davidson County, it is unlikely the detainees were all correctly labeled based on their names, ICE detainers indicating they are not in the U.S. legally, and previous detention patterns/records.
27-year-old Leomar Perez-Valencia- arrested June 11
- Perez-Valencia was arrested on three charges: aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, domestic assault/provocative conduct, and aggravated child endangerment to a child younger than 8 or disabled. The domestic charge is a misdemeanor while the other two are felonies, and bond is $102,500.

22-year-old Adolfo Antonio Hernandez-Cortez- arrested June 11
- Hernandez-Cortez was charged with felony statutory rape and booked with a $25,000 bond. His prior criminal record shows he was also arrested for driving without a license in May of 2024, but the case was dismissed and closed in August 2024 after a settlement appearance before a judge.

52-year-old Pedro Villegas Salinas- arrested June 12
- Salinas faces three charges, two felonies and one misdemeanor: hold/use of altered or false document/plate, possession with intent of .5 grams or more of meth, and no driver’s license. Total bond is $33,000. Salinas’ criminal record spans back to 1999 with arrests or convictions for charges including DUI in 1999, not having a license in 2006, and no license, DUI, and implied consent for not submitting to a blood/breath test in 2008.

19-year-old Oscar Romero- arrested June 14
- Romero faces two separate charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, both felonies. His total bond has been set at $80,000 and he is also being held with a requirement for DNA testing.

30-year-old Elder Moises Sajbin Estrada- arrested June 11
- Estrada faces four different charges: vandalism of $1,000-$2,500, public intoxication, evading arrest, and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. The intoxication and evasion charges are misdemeanors while the vandalism and assault charges are felonies. Total bond for all charges is $27,100.

39-year-old Rikhsitilla Payziev- arrested June 15
- Payziev was charged with sexual battery without consent and has a $7,500 bond.

27-year-old Braulie Correra Castillo- arrested June 15
- Castillo shows four charges, all misdemeanors: no evidence of insurance, DUI 2nd offense, no driver’s license, and leaving the scene of an accident with damage of over $1,500. His total bond shows $7,000. Castillo faced nearly identical charges in 2024, but records show that while he was arrested for DUI, no evidence of insurance, and no driver’s license, he was only convicted of the DUI, and the other two charges were dismissed.

27-year-old Alberto Teodoro Garcia- arrested June 10
- Garcia was charged with misdemeanor domestic assault and booked on a $2,500 bond.

25-year-old Carlos Daniel Bertran Urizar- arrested June 14
- Urizar was charged with a DUI and booked on a $2,500 bond. He also has a prior record showing an indictment for domestic assault with bodily injury in 2025.

28-year-old Jesus Antonio Flores Alvarez- arrested June 11
- Alvarez was arrested for driving under the influence and not having a driver’s license, both misdemeanors. Bond is $3,000 total.

Knox County law enforcement arrested the following illegal aliens:
42-year-old Gonzalo Francisco Benitez Luna- arrested June 9
- Luna is recorded as a fugitive from justice and will face a felony charge in addition to whatever charges from which he was fleeing. His booking record shows no bond set.

38-year-old Jose Miguel Miguel- arrested June 13
- Miguel’s three charges are: having an open alcohol container in a vehicle, DUI 1st offense, and driving without a license. He was booked on an $8,000 bond.

52-year-old Benjamin Lopez-Vascquez- arrested June 12
- Lopez-Vascquez was arrested on four charges: driving without a license, violation of state financial responsibility law, driving an unregistered vehicle on the highway, and improper driving on roadways laned for traffic. Bond was set at $2,250.

28-year-old Wilder Daniel Alvarez Perez- arrested June 12
- Perez faces four charges: resisting a stop/search/arrest, public intoxication, driving with a suspended license, and failure to notify police about an accident in which he was involved. His bond was $1,500 total.

26-year-old Juan Sebastian Eber- arrested June 9
- Eber was charged with DUI 1st offense and driving without a license. His booking record shows no bond set.

Inmate records show all these individuals from both Davidson and Knox Counties currently have immigrant detainers and will remain in custody until released to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement. An ICE hold most likely means they are in the country illegally.
