An Illegal Alien Has Been Charged With Vehicular Homicide In Washington County, While Others Have Been Booked On Charges Ranging From Criminal Homicide To Strangulation To Vandalism In Davidson County.

An illegal alien has been charged with vehicular homicide in Washington County.
According to the Washington County Sheriff’s Department, 33-year-old Alfonso Vasquez-Morales was charged after being involved in a crash last Tuesday.
Reports state that the vehicle driven by Vasquez-Morales went over into the opposite lane of traffic, hitting a motorcycle driven by 69-year-old William Richard Sauer of Brooksville, Florida.
Just prior to the accident, someone had made a call to 911 to report that the same vehicle had almost hit another car head on. Witnesses also reported that he was weaving in and out of traffic.
On the scene, Vasquez-Morales told police he had “six or seven beers” before driving. Officers also found him in possession of a small bag of methamphetamine after arriving at the jail.
He was charged with vehicular homicide while intoxicated, driving on the right side of the roadway, no driver’s license, reckless driving, financial responsibility law, introduction of contraband into a penal facility, and possession of methamphetamine.
He was given a bond of $1,025,000, and he was jailed with an ICE hold.
Davidson County police also recently arrested the following illegal aliens:
31-year-old Alonzo Ramos Silvestre – arrested July 5
- Silvestre was charged with six counts of failure to appear and was booked on a $47,500 bond. His open cases are related to 2024 charges of DUI.
33-year-old Adrian Perez-Altamirano – arrested July 6
- Perez-Altamirano was charged with driving under the influence (2nd offense) and driving on a revoked license. He was booked on a $5500 bond.
26-year-old Pablo Cruz Perez – arrested July 6
- Perez was charged with criminal homicide, vandalism ($1000 or less), interference with an emergency call, and domestic assault (offensive/provocative conduct). He was booked on a $255,000 bond.
26-year-old Engel S. Landero Torres – arrested July 7
- Torres was charged with robbery, domestic assault with fear of bodily injury, and theft of property $1000 or less. He was booked on a $20,000 bond.
27-year-old Janfemin Palacios – arrested July 8
- Palacios was charged with a misdemeanor probation violation. The violation stems from a 2026 DUI conviction. He was booked on a $20,000 bond.
22-year-old Wilmer A. Juarez-Reyes – arrested July 8
- Juarez-Reyes was charged with domestic assault with bodily injury, public intoxication, evading arrest, disorderly conduct, and failure to be booked on a state citation. He was booked on a $10,600 total bond.
31-year-old Byron Enoc Gonzalez-Jimenez – arrested July 8
- Gonzalez-Jimenez was charged with a misdemeanor probation violation and was booked with no bond. The probation violation was in regards to a 2025 DUI conviction.
33-year-old Esteban Pazos Bernardo – arrested July 8
- Bernardo was charged with failure to appear, theft of property (between $1000 and $2500), possession or casual exchange of a controlled substance, driving under the influence, and driver’s license required. He was booked on a $11,500 bond.
35-year-old Rudy Rodriguez – arrested July 9
- Rodriguez was charged with aggravated assault (strangulation) and driving on a revoked license. He was booked with a $15,500 bond.
26-year-old Jonatan De Jesus Garcia Cruz – arrested July 10
- Garcia Cruz was charged with aggravated assault (strangulation). He was booked on a $40,000 bond.
Inmate records show that both of these individuals currently have immigrant detainers and will remain in custody until released to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement. An ICE hold most likely means they are in this country illegally.

Lotsa “white” Mexicans. Wonder how many times they’ve been “deported” before? IMHO deportees who return should be permanently dispatched.
