Tennessee Senate Passes Bill to Ban Chemical Weather Modification And Geoengineering; House Floor Vote To Come

Tennessee legislators are working through a bill that would prohibit the intentional release of chemicals into the air in an attempt to change the weather, temperature, or sunlight intensity.
House Bill 2063 (HB2063), sponsored by Representative Monty Fritts (R-Kingston-District 32), has already passed through the House Agriculture & Natural Resources Committee on Wednesday and Is set to be heard on the House Floor on March 28.
As written, HB2063 “Prohibits the intentional injection, release, or dispersion, by any means, of chemicals, chemical compounds, substances, or apparatus within the borders of this state into the atmosphere with the express purpose of affecting temperature, weather, or the intensity of the sunlight.”
The bill will restrict solar geoengineering as well, which is said to be used as a means of fighting climate changes.
Legislators say the bill is needed to ensure environmental preservation.
Supporters of the bill say it is necessary to “push back against these climate mitigation efforts.”
Danielle Goodrich, from Tennessee Stands (Tri-Cities Coalition), said, “The heavy-handed government approach to the supposed “climate crisis” is just like the heavy-handed approach in COVID. The government lifted a moratorium on experimenting on viruses, told us there would be a pandemic, a virus was released, we were blamed for breathing, and our rights were infringed upon. Now we have the government experimenting on weather, telling us we will have severe weather, as they block out the sun, blame us for breathing and look to infringe on our rights again. They do not have the consent of Tennesseans to experiment on us.”
The companion Senate Bill 2691 (SB2691), sponsored by Senator Steve Southerland (R-Morristown-District 9), was passed by the full Senate on March 18.
If the law goes into effect, violators will be charged with a Class C misdemeanor offense and fined up to $10,000 per day for each violation.
Good for,Danielle Goodrich, Monty Fritts, and Steve Southerland as well as all who voted to support this legislation. Now…how to enforce it?
Let’s do it! If nothing like this is going on then we won’t see any changes in our skies. We will likely add some testing and monitoring for additional substances to environmental resources we already have in place. I don’t see a down side to this.
Other states legislation will fine them as a felony–$500,000 fine and/or up to 5 yrs in prison.
It’s not a misdemeanor to spray toxic substances, use energy-directed weapons, etc. to destroy the health and welfare all living life.
I do have a concern with the enforcement of any law, more especially this one. I am unclear as to why we’re having to create new law to protect life and property, from this type of trespass. I am beside myself trying to figure it out! But the skies must be clear of contamination, there is no question about that.
This is a ridiculous waste of time. The Govt is not trying to alter the weather, its not trying to poison us , and there is no secret program to block out the sun. That was an episode on the Simpsons, not a real story. The fact that people took this seriously is stunning!…..And with everything that is going on….. the Tennessee legislature wasting time on this is not a good look.

Dear Gerald, you & so many others have had your heads in the sand and obviously have not done your homework or research over the many years.
Weather modification has been going on since the Vietnam War, they called that testing….”Operation Popeye” and it was a great success in that the weather modification satellite helped them to produce a lot of rain.
I found the information on the official Nasa website back in 2011.
There is also a video you can look at of past President Lyndon B. Johnson talking about a weather satellite they have produced in the U.S. Nowadays most other countries have the means to modify or manipulate the weather also, & they do it! So if you care to be in the “know” & want to know what’s happening around you & above you, just do your research. There are too many signs & proof that our air is not clean for Humans, Animals or Insects to breathe. Weather modifications or cloud seeding is not of God our creator or Mother Nature.
If Humans are supposed to be the most intelligent species of the world, then why are we the only species who destroy our own environment? We All need to take instructions from the Native American People of the U.S. & the Native People all over our World who used to Live respecting and as one with Nature!!! It would be Great & Good…..
