An act that would guarantee that medical and religious exemptions to vaccinations for healthcare workers is on its way to Governor Lee to become Tennessee law.

House Bill 1867, sponsored by Representative Jason Zachary (R-Knoxville-District 14), and Senate Bill 1823, sponsored by Senator Jack Johnson (R-Franklin-District 23), would require employers with mandatory COVID-19 vaccination policies to allow an exception for any employee who provides a medical exemption from a physician or a religious exemption.

It would also hold healthcare practitioners who issue those medical exemptions harmless and would give them immunity from civil liabilities and protect them from any disciplinary action.

Amendments to the bill added a civil penalty of $10,000 for violations. It also stipulated that employers would not be forced to violate any federal requirements for those facilities receiving Medicare and Medicaid funding since federal law currently prevents those facilities from refusing to accept those exemptions. Finally, the Tennessee Attorney General must create a process for reporting of violations of the law.

The act was signed by House Speaker Cameron Sexton and Senate Speaker Lieutenant Governor Randy McNally in the past week and was transmitted to Governor Lee for action on March 2nd.

What about Patients who object? I know what is in the Binding/Perservatives of all vaccines. I DON’T WANT ANTIFREEZE, ACETONE, ETHNOL, MERUCY, IN MY HIGHLY COMPROMISED SYSTEM. Nor do I want their CANCER STICK SHOVED UP MY NOSE. ETHELYNE OXIDE IS A CANCER/FERTILITY AGENT. PHARMA CAN’T BE SUED, but other Private companies like Roundup can be sued. Congress, Pharma made themselves EXEMPT from them. From the look of the 2% Microsim of the US MILITARY, 300% increase in Miscarriages, 300% Cancer, 1,000% Neurological, Myocarditis rose 285% from 127 annual cases to YTD 363. Pulmonary embolisms 467% from 746 annual cases to YTD 3,489,Cerebral infarction rose 393% with current YTD 3,438, Bell’s Palsy rose 319% with current YTD 1,470, Guillain-Barre Syndrome rose 250% with current YTD 3,635. And if you’ve had Guillain-Barre Syndrome, you can’t take a Flu shot. Immunodeficiencies rose 275% with current YTD 3,172. Immune Thrombocytopenic Purpura rose 322% with current YTD 564. A recent military study shows military personnel evaluated who received the flu vaccine were at 36 percent higher odds of testing positive for coronavirus (pre-SARS CoV2) with varied benefit in preventing some strains of the flu. We haven’t got to Shingles, HIV, HERPES, HEARING LOSS, VISION, YET!
