Evil has always had a place in history, but have you noticed the increasingly prominent role it has taken over the past few years? Since 2020 the enemy has grown even bolder and audacious without concern of consequences or ramifications. Looking at 2025, we see a crescendo of rampant attacks, church shootings, civil unrest against law enforcement, and even assassinations. As conservatives, especially if you are a Christian, the loss of Charlie Kirk has been not only an historic event, but a call to action.
That call now leads to a place many conservatives hesitate to go – uncomfortable confrontation to bring truth, speaking out directly to the face of the enemy, and prayer. Conservatives can no longer sit back with the mindset “to each his own as long as they leave me alone” because the enemy has zero compunction to allow the same and has reached the point where they are emboldened (in large part due to our inaction) to force us to accept their wants and ways. Loud and vocal groups, who are clearly a very small minority of the population in most cases, are driving a political and social agenda of derangement that continually floods our world with hate and evil.
Contributing to the evil permeating our state and nation are the rituals and celebrations of the occult and pagan religions (Wicca, Satanism, Shamanism, etc.) calling on dark spirits. Those rituals, once done in the shadows, are now openly practiced and even invited or encouraged under the guise of inclusion and acceptance. Examples include giving witches control over a TN town’s Christmas parade, the curse placed on Charlie Kirk two days before his assassination at the behest of a national publication, and a public invitation to join a TN coven in support of a national “Witch Fest” celebration. Next up at the end of this month is “it’s just candy and costumes” Halloween.
Halloween has been unequivocally and historically established with roots and traditions steeped in paganism. It is the New Years Day and a high holy day celebration of the pagan religions, equivalent to Christmas or Easter for Christians. Pagans see that day and night as the strongest time to call dark spiritual forces into our earthly world and actively pursue every opportunity to do so.
As former Satanist Riaan Swiegelaar readily explains, pagans rely on decorated houses and masses of willing participants to help achieve their curses. They revel when Christian pastors and prominent “theologians” not only invite dark spirits into churches with “alternative” activities but adamantly encourage and defend participation in Halloween as just fun and a learning experience. One Franklin, TN, based orator does just that.
Now is a time for conservatives to take a stand against the open practice and invitation of evil. While it may feel uncomfortable at times, our neighborhoods, cities, states, and country hang in the balance between darkness and light. Other countries, religions (Jewish, Hindu, Islam, Buddhist, etc.), and non-believers don’t acknowledge and honor Christian holidays, they only participate in the highly commercialized aspects, nor do Christians honor other religions rites, rituals, and celebrations. Should we continue to actively engage in Halloween, the high holy day of pagan and occult religions?
If you are a Christian, consider joining or creating a celebration acknowledging Reformation Day which actually occurred on October 31st. Certainly, enjoy decorating your home for Fall and Thanksgiving but be mindful to keep any acknowledgements of Halloween out of your décor. If you are a churchgoer or church neighbor, it’s time to talk to the pastor about rescheduling the “Harvest Festival” or cancelling the “Trunk or Treat” events meant to specifically be Halloween night “alternatives” for the community. We must be on-guard and mindful that no doors for the enemy are unwittingly opened.
Are you ready yet to say enough is enough? Conservatives must be focused on limiting and eliminating every opportunity for the invitation and influence of any evil. Now is the time to be bold and steadfast or we risk losing more lives and liberties in the months and years to come.
