Illegal immigrants do not legally have any of the listed forms of identification, but sales of intoxicating beverages to undocumented illegal immigrants are rampant.

Alcohol consumption to excess is a problem for illegal immigrants resulting in serious injury and death of innocent people and financial loss due to property damage caused by intoxicated uninsured illegal immigrants.

Acceptable IDs for Purchasing Alcohol and Tobacco.

The following United States government-issued IDs are widely accepted:

State-Issued Driver’s License: Includes photo, date of birth, and security features.
State ID Card: Issued by the Department of Motor Vehicles for non-drivers; similar to a driver’s license.
U.S. Passport: Valid for domestic ID purposes.
U.S. Military ID: Accepted for active-duty and retired personnel.
Tribal ID Card: Issued by federally recognized tribes; accepted in some jurisdictions.

Other Acceptable IDs:

Foreign Passport: Valid for non-U. S. citizens.
Permanent Resident Card (Green Card): Proof of residency and identity.
Merchant Mariner Credential: Issued by the U.S. Coast Guard; accepted in some locations.

Conduct ID verification checks in any business that sells alcoholic beverages and tobacco products that are frequented by migrants and numerous violations will be found. The owners and employees do not care about laws governing the sale of alcoholic beverages and tobacco products – just making money and keeping the business open.

Why do local, state, and Federal agencies refuse to actively enforce laws governing alcoholic beverage and tobacco sales to undocumented illegal immigrants and place the lives and property of innocent American citizens in jeopardy?
