“Alleged” – Mandated Use Of The Word Is A Sanctioned Lie

We MUST have a language that expresses the truth, if we are to have a moral society. The word, “alleged”, when used to describe crimes being caught and recorded, in the act of being committed, is a sanctioned lie, and cannot be allowed. That is NOT what our founding documents call for – “innocent until proven guilty”!

A couple of weekends ago, a Guatemalan national suspect lit a sleeping woman on fire on the F Train in Coney Island, New York. He watched her burn to death.

Read that again.

This murderer is referred to as “ALLEGED”, because that is required by law. Dear God, he blatantly MURDERED another human being, and even sat to watch his handiwork as she died.

We have MANDATED that a criminal, caught in the act, have the benefit of all doubt. In some cases, that is fine. For something this blatant, it is NOT, at least in my book… We must be able to sort it out despite the obvious legal wrangling that might ensue.

The meaning of ALLEGED is “accused but not proven or convicted”, says Miriam Webster. I beg to differ, as this definition has been warped and twisted in our world today. I am objecting to the instances where blatant criminal perps are“caught in the act”; where the truth – real fact – is captured in multiple ways, yet they are still only”alleged” to have done what they did. PROOF is there in front of us, but we’re not allowed to act on it. So, many roam free to harm again.

The concept of protecting the criminal is purely a Leftist one, although they like to lean on the “innocent until proven guilty” thing. If they believed that, they would not lock up J6-ers, for example, before it was PROVEN that they had committed a jailable offense.

The Marxists cannot just use our Constitution to suit their Godless purposes.

The innocent patriots who went to their nation’s Capitol to protest the certification of an obviously fraudulent election, in Jan, 2021, were victims. They committed no crimes; their only violent acts were in defense of themselves or others. The perpetrators of the Coup took them to jail. Immediately, before any facts were checked; jailings have continued to this day! Many have died there, without even a trial. Thought crimes. Just like in any Marxist society.

WHERE WAS “INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY”?? I guess it only applies to the protectees of the Left, not all people.

I’m not going to go on. You get my point.

I had hoped to send one last Substack post, wishing you all good things for the season and the new year ahead. Maybe I still will, but I needed to share this with you. This one is kind of a “Subtext” for the massive work we have ahead of us. Changing this, like all else, has to start locally. Having Constitutional Sheriffs helps. We’ll all feel better to know that more criminals are behind bars and not roaming our streets.
