Tennessee Conservative News Staff –

Recently released records show that a Bradley County teacher who is currently under investigation was previously disciplined for inappropriate interactions involving students.

Lindsey Bell, theatre teacher at Bradley Central High School, is currently being investigated by the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation and the Department of Children’s Services at the request of the district attorney after new allegations surfaced against her.

While specific details regarding the new investigation have not been released, Bell’s personnel file shows that she received a one-day suspension without pay in 2022 for unprofessional conduct.

The file contains documents that state that Bell shared personal student information and had inappropriate conversations on social media as she managed school social media accounts.

Parents stated that Bell embarrassed the students, and the district noted that Bell’s statements did not align with what was found in those social media posts.

It was determined that Bell violated the Tennessee Teachers’ Code of Ethics in regards to protecting students from embarrassment or harm.

Discipline related to the current allegations will be determined after the investigation is complete.
