The Tennessee Conservative [By Jason Vaughn] –
The autopsy released on Monday for Nashville School shooter Audrey Elizabeth Hale shows that there were no “positive findings of toxicological significance” found, instead confirming that Hale’s death came as a result of multiple gunshot wounds fired by responding police officers.
Hale was not tested for any prescription medications including those used for mental conditions and hormone therapy. She was only tested for illegal and controlled substances.
The toxicology portion of the report notes that both blood and urine samples were obtained and tested for 16 different substances: amphetamines, barbiturates, benzodiazepines, buprenorphine, cannabinoids, cocaine, fentanyl, methadone, methamphetamine, opiates, oxycodone, and phenycyclidine. There was no evidence of any of those in Hale’s system.
No tests were run to detect any additional substances, despite circumstances that some believe pointed to the need for those.
In an earlier news conference, Nashville Police Chief John Drake stated that Hale was “under doctors care for an emotional disorder” but noted that law enforcement officials were not aware of what, if any, treatment she might have been undergoing.
Some have questioned why tests were not run to determine whether Hale was taking any medications for that psychiatric condition or if she was undergoing hormone therapy to assist her in transitioning from female to male.
According to police officials, Hale was a biological female who identified as male, also known by the alias “Aiden.” The autopsy includes a summary of the physical characteristics of Hale, showing no physical changes had been made in an attempt to transition.
State Senator Todd Gardenhire (R-Chattanooga-District 10) told The Epoch Times that state legislators really wanted to know what mental health medication Hale might have been taking at the time and were not as concerned with any hormone therapies she was undergoing.
The report states that the collected blood and urine samples would be discarded after one year unless law enforcement made different arrangements prior to that date. There was no mention of whether law enforcement had already or was planning to request additional testing.

Was she being treated with Anabolic Steroids which are known to bring about fits of rage and violence.
It appears this autopsy is incomplete and part of a bigger cover-up.
Yup, I figger lucifer’s pharma has put the kabosh on anything that’d put their poisons in a bad light.
Are shoddy investigations so acceptable now that our local, state and federal legislators are OK with a possible dereliction of duty in performing a complete autopsy. We need to know of any medications in the murderer’s body. This revelation and the refusal to release the manifesto looks bad. Why aren’t the District Attorney, state officials and Congressman from Nashville curious about this?
How convenient, They don’t test a crazed shooter but have a auto wreck and that is the first thing they do!!! Protect the Left!!
Who, by office & name, was responsible for defining the autopsy specifications?
They take their orders from the left wing establishment and the jerks in the WH that don’t want their “trans agenda” marred by the fact many of these people are mentally disturbed, brainwashed already and God only knows what meds are being fed to them.
Does Vanderbilt’s “gender affirming” care create Big Pharma-induced homicidal maniacs (like Columbia University’s Teenscreen)? If so, how many others did they create?
