A Tennessee police department investigating local, state, and federal level corruption had files taken in a raid prompting a stunning disclosure from the department’s Assistant Chief.
Following last week’s raid on the Millersville Police Department, and a separate raid on Assistant Chief Shawn Taylor’s White House home, the Millersville Assistant Chief of Police appeared in a video to publicly expose what he claims is a crime syndicate of an international nature operating within the U.S.
Taylor says that the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation targeted the police department for uncovering crimes involving high-profile individuals. These crimes include mortgage fraud, and the trafficking of both humans and narcotics. Going far beyond corruption at the local level, Taylor stated that the cases are linked to national and global networks and involve large corporations and even foreign governments.
Calling it a “multifaceted attack from a foreign adversary,” Taylor said that the transnational corruption involves the BRICS nations, including China, and is tied to election integrity.
The BRICS group, while not a formal organization like the United Nations, is a bloc founded by Russia, providing a platform for its member nations to challenge the U.S. and its Western allies. The founding members, along with Russia, are Brazil, India and China. Together, the countries that make up BRICS account for more than 40% of the world’s population and a quarter of the global economy.
Over 40 countries have expressed an interest in joining the bloc, including Iran, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Argentina, and Cuba.
Taylor says that local, municipal, state, and federal politicians are receiving bribes to keep the corruption from becoming known.
Regarding last week’s raids, Taylor said that the TBI “seized evidence regarding corruption that we had locally that tied into corruption nationally and they took all of our files so that we are unable to complete these cases.” The cases are moving forward in other states “and other arenas” according to Taylor despite the files and information being taken.
Millersville Chief of Police Bryan Morris told news media last week that TBI took laptops and case files from the department during the raid, items that Morris stated they had been trying to give to TBI already.
“I think it’s retaliatory in nature,” said Morris. “We would have given them access to anything they asked for without the show of force.”
Morris believes the raid was conducted to undermine the credibility of the Millersville Police Department.
Last month, Morris verified that the department’s access to the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCen) had been restricted.
A financial crime database, FinCen is used to track and combat financial-related crimes like money laundering and crimes related to terrorism. According to Morris, reports from the database are often used when law enforcement is attempting to follow money trails related to a case.
TBI told Morris that the restriction was due to a “standard audit.”

Millersville Police Department must’ve stumbled upon a real well connected crime syndicate, to warrant this kind of bureaucratic abuse of power from the TBI. We already know the FBI is as corrupt and is using their powers as a sledgehammer, now the TBI? SO, the question is, “What or Who did the MPD uncover white collar crimes that might threaten the governor’s good friends?”
Good update from a previous article. Sounds like the TBI investigators need to be investigated.
Every state’s government has been infiltrated with both highly partisan and criminal elements that abuse power and the constitution. Some worse than others. Tennessee’s is not as bad as California, Mass. , Vermont or New York but it is not far away from that level of control by enemies of our republic, both external and within. A weak RINO governor and many enemies within our legislature and state agencies have made us under severe threat of going Marxist totalitarian under a world government’s control. I agree with many, Vote Trump, Pray to God for peace, truth and light in our government, justice to prevail and revival of God’s church.
