The Hamilton County Department Of Education’s Student Goals Policy Includes Providing Educational Opportunities To Every Student, Enhancing A Student’s Self-Image, Teaching Personal And Civic Responsibilities, And Providing For A Student’s Safety, Health, And Welfare. When Reading This Policy, One Can’t Help But Notice That There Is No Mention Of Academic Achievement Or Academic Excellence.
