Tennessee Bill That Lays Groundwork For Global Currency Passes On House Floor

The Tennessee Conservative [By Kelly M. Jackson] –

A bill sponsored by Representative William Lamberth (R-D44-Portland) that effectively lays the groundwork for a global currency that would not require an exchange, was passed on the house floor by a voice vote, with 78 Aye’s and 10 Nay’s.

Before voting on the bill, a question from Representative Tim Rudd, (R-D34-Murfreesboro) was asked about the bill’s resemblance to a piece of legislation that was recently vetoed by Governor Kristi Noem of South Dakota.

That bill, which Governor Noem said infringed on the freedom of those who use digital currency, was passed by South Dakota’s Republican majority state house. Governor Noem said the bill is governing something that does not yet exist and is overreach.

The sponsor of the bill assured Representative Rudd that HB0316 is not structured in the same way as the bill in South Dakota, but critics of the bill indicate that while it doesn’t specifically curtail the use and trade of cryptocurrencies, it does do something that all Tennesseans should be aware of: sets up Tennessee for the acceptance and use of a future global currency.

HB0316 As introduced, enacts the “Money Transmission Modernization Act”. – Amends TCA Title 45.

Not much information is available in the text of the bill, but upon review, the bill appears to be setting up the ability of a foreign governmental entity to have opportunity to produce, house, and exchange a currency that is not currently recognized by banks that are owned and operated here in Tennessee. In short, a new, Global Currency.

The issue with the establishment and passing of this bill without any real attention drawn to it, is that it will effectively completely change how Tennesseans use financial services and the kind of currencies that are being used.

Critics of the bill feel that this is an issue that Tennesseans should have knowledge of, an understand of and the ability to assert an opinion, prior to legislation being passed, especially in these precarious economic times.

There have been calls from grassroots organizations, namely Tennessee Stands and it’s Executive Director Gary Humble, to table the bill so there can be an opportunity for better transparency before it is put to a vote on behalf of every citizen of the state.

As it stands, the bill has passed through both houses of the General Assembly and will now be engrossed and sent to Governor Lee’s desk to be signed into law.

Like South Dakota’s Governor Noem, Lee still has the ability to veto the bill.

The Tennessee Conservative will be watching to see how Lee reacts. In his career as governor, Lee has yet to veto a bill, but he has on several occasions, allowed a bill to become law without his signature. For the bill not to become law, Lee must take an active role and not remain passive, as he has on bills he didn’t fully agree with in the past.

This is a very bad bill. It will lead to ONE WORLD DIGTAL CURRENCY. They will have total control over how you spend YOUR money at the click of a button.
In God we trust not government or man.
    Have a blessed day.

Remember: the presses continue to churn out the “money” we are forced to use to survive.

In as much as the “money” we deposit in the bank is no longer our money, but theirs (they can do anything with it they choose to do without our consent), it should come as no surprise that this bill has passed both houses. Likewise, the US Legislature has also considered (perhaps even passed by now) bill(s) authorizing a digital currency having no ties to anything of substance – nothing to back it. Whichever Agency controls the currency controls you. This is why we have already heard that by 20XX, “…you won’t own anything and you will love it.”

Your “personal” dwelling place is becoming your gulag.

Shame on the Republicans for passing this bill. The citizens of Tennessee most likely don’t even know it existed. The country should not allow any semblence of allowing a global currency to exist in this country and perhaps be under the control of a foreign entity. I expected more from Republicans.

What the hell is this Russia? All these communist that voted for this need to be voted OUT!!! This is not what the people want and that’s exactly why they pushed it through without the people’s opinion. Who in their right mind would think the is okay? We need to stand up and let them know they work for us not the other way around! Hopefully Governor Lee will finally stand up for something and veto this.

When will people learn the repukelacans and the dumbacracts are one in the same,it is passed time to remove ourselves from this system and let both parties collapse. STOP voting for these as-hats and stop going to their party meetings and contributing money to these bottom dwelling parties. The lesser of two evils is still evil how many times do they need to slap you in the face? Ephesians 5:11 Take no part in the worthless deeds of evil and darkness; instead, expose them. InLibertyDan

Let’s see what they do with the Bullion Depository Act HB1480. This would protect us financially. If they do not pass it, it is evidence, coupled with this bill here, they are on game with the Sustainability goals and the Great Reset. As the guv is by his actions. We are going down the drain and a blind and deaf population is allowing it.
