The Tennessee Conservative [By Kelly M. Jackson] –

A bill that will legally redefine what the law currently recognizes as “money” in the state of Tennessee is very quietly being pushed through the state legislature and is very close to hitting Governor Lee’s desk to be signed into law.

SB0268 sponsored by Senator Jack Johnson (R-D27-Williamson County) As introduced, enacts the “Money Transmission Modernization Act”. – Amends TCA Title 45.

Tennessee Code (Title 45, chapter 7) explains and defines the process by which money is transacted in the Volunteer state. The types of investments and how they can be exchanged legally are included. Unless the type and process is encapsulated in law, it cannot be traded or exchanged legally here in the state of Tennessee.

Senator Johnson’s bill appears to be setting up the ability of a foreign governmental entity to have opportunity to produce, house, and exchange a currency that is not currently recognized by banks that are owned and operated here in Tennessee. A new, Global Currency.

There are world currencies, for example, the Euro, that can be exchanged and used here in the United States because Euros are recognized as a legitimate foreign monetary unit. Euros have a defined exchange rate, can be traded for US Dollars, and can then be traded for goods and services or invested.

SB0268 creates a legal space for a totally new currency that would be created through the cooperation of two or more governments, given a value and recognition by those governments as a legitimate monetary unit, with no need for exchange because it would work exactly like our US Dollars.

The legislation is patterned after some model legislation that was created by the Conference of State Bank Supervisors, a government organization that regulates banks and develops policies.  The model legislation they proposed back in 2021 is now being realized here in Tennessee.

Simply adding the definition of what “money” is to our state law, would make this brand-new type of currency legal tender in Tennessee.

A video released by grassroots organization Tennessee Stands, and it’s Executive Director Gary Humble, explains in greater depth the structure of this legislation and why it is important for Tennesseans to be made aware of this radical shift in our state’s financial trade system, especially in light of the recent failure of some the country’s largest banks.  [Video available for viewing at the end of this article.]

Humble said “this isn’t foreign currency we are talking about, this a whole new type of “New World Order” currency and we’re about to add that definition as to what money is in the state of Tennessee.. and that doesn’t mean that right now we’re coming under the New World Order and the Central Bank. But nonetheless, I just want to point out, that these bills that are running through our legislature right now, and in my opinion, beginning to set the table of what we’ve all been talking about… which is a one world government.”

Humble also added that while these bills are troubling, but not necessarily nefarious, due to the current state of banks and our recognizably weak economy, it would behoove those in our state government to slow down, and maybe give Tennesseans an opportunity to be aware of these changes, in order to have a say in how and when they take place.

SB0268 has already passed on the State Senate Floor, and it’s companion bill, HB0316 sponsored by Representative William Lamberth (R-44-Portland) has been placed on the House floor calendar for 3/20/2023 for debate and vote to move to full passage.

ALL I have to say is they are keeping this bill very quiet, I have not heard any thing about it until I read this. SO until I know more I don’t think it should pass.

These Politicians only get away with what “YOU AND I” allow them.

“CITIZENS” are “SUPPOSE TO BE” the Supreme Power in this country but when they are as worthless as the POS in Government, What do you expect????

How many have swore an oath to uphold the Constitution, where are they at today,

you think they would show up if a call to arm was issued???

If most of the bastards were sitting on a jury they would find a “Patriot” guilty for defending their rights faster that Joe Biden.

Like it or not, Citizens, Judges, Law Enforcement, Politicians, don’t have the integrity to stand up for “RIGHTEOUSNESS”, and the only future their children have is a “HELL” here and now and after they’re dead.

And the only good thing the “Bastards” go to hell with them.

PLEASE DO NOT OPEN THIS PANDORA’S BOX!!! This dangerous legislation must be stopped or AT THE VERY LEAST, brought before your constituents for a vote before being voted into law! PLEASE, DO THE RIGHT THING and REPRESENT OUR INTERESTS!, NOT WORLD BANKING INTERESTS!! We are all watching very closely, please don’t sell us out!

Why is this change necessary. The economy will get better once the administration changes back to reality. To knee jerk right now is somewhat suspicious. So, what are the long term problems? As someone looking to move to Tennessee, I must ask this. Thanks
