The Tennessee Conservative [By Jason Vaughn] –
Following the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision to uphold the Biden Administration’s vaccine mandate for most healthcare workers at providers that receive Medicaid and Medicare dollars, all participating Tennessee hospitals plan to adhere to the court’s ruling, based on current information.
Tennessee healthcare workers that oppose mandatory COVID vaccinations had a short reprieve from the requirement when a federal district court in Monroe, Louisiana blocked the federal enforcement of the mandate nationally.
In issuing the preliminary injunction, the court managed to delay the enforcement of the mandate until the U.S. Supreme Court issued its decision, in which Chief Justice John Roberts and Justice Brett Kavanaugh joined the liberal wing in upholding the healthcare mandate in a 5-4 decision.
In East Tennessee alone the decision will affect more than 11,000 healthcare workers and an estimated 10 million healthcare workers nationwide.
If healthcare employees have not yet received the COVID-19 vaccination, they will be required to receive their first dose or submit their medical or religious exemptions by January 27th, 2022 to meet the compliance deadline laid out in the federal mandate.
The Biden Administration’s mandate for healthcare workers was first introduced in early November by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services’ Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
The mandate made the requirement that all healthcare workers at hospitals, nursing homes and other healthcare facilities that receive Medicare and Medicaid funds must receive the COVID vaccination, barring the acceptance of the medical facility of an exemption submitted by individual employees.

Registered nurse, Tammy Butler Doyle stated, “Once again the healthcare workers are reminded we’re expendable. Apparently we don’t matter!”
Kathy Ciso Fickley said, “When the nurses and workers leave then the government will take over healthcare. The plan all along. Socialized medicine and then the country.”
Angie Irving wrote, “Every American has the same rights under the law. The Constitution does not exclude any American no matter WHAT line of work they are in……These mandates do not supersede our constitutional rights…I do NOT agree with the court’s decision on allowing anyone to be forced to take a vaccine…Healthcare workers have the same constitutional rights as everyone else!!!! I hope they keep fighting for their rights….. I support every American’s constitutional rights!!!

The only answer I can say to that is YOU CAN’T FIX STUPID!!!!
I wish we had some brave doctors in TN who would speak out about the risks involved in the mRNA wuhan injection. Also wish doctors would promote treatments that actually helped people.
I think either doctors are afraid of going against the cdc for fear of losing their jobs, or they are very much deceived.
Socialism starts back!!! It’s all about the MONEY for these Hospitals while their workers are thrown to the wolves?
